US-Russia Commanders Meet To Mend Ties

US and Russian military commanders have met in Finland to restore strained relations, the first such meeting after Russia-Georgia conflict. The chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Michael Mullen met with General Nikolai Makarov the head of the Russian General Staff in Helsinki on Tuesday to fix bilateral relations that was severely marred over the Russia-Georgia conflicts, AFP reported.

First the top military commanders of the US and EU meet up last weekend , now the US and Russian top military brass in clandestine meeting.

In my view something big is being hatched up.
