India Trade Deal With EU Will Allow Thousands of Immigrants into Britain
A planned "free trade agreement" with India, to be signed this December, will give skilled Indian IT workers, engineers and managers easy passage into Europe in return for European companies gaining access to India's huge domestic market.
The deal has split some of the most senior figures in the Conservative-Liberal Democrat Coalition. Vince Cable, the Business Secretary, and William Hague, the Foreign Secretary, argue that the EU-India agreement must go ahead because it is worth hundreds of millions of pounds to business. But David Cameron, the Prime Minister, and Theresa May, the Home Secretary, are opposed. They, and other Conservatives, have insisted that the government uphold a high-profile pledge to bring down net immigration, which is currently at 176,000 entrants a year.'

Canadian Supreme Court: No Right to Lawyer During Police Interrogation
A bitterly divided Supreme Court of Canada ruled Friday that importing U.S.-style “Miranda rights” in Canada, by allowing suspects to have lawyers present during police interrogation, would frustrate criminal investigations and delay the administration of justice.
By a 5-4 margin, the majority ruled the constitutional right to consult a lawyer after arrest does not extend to the police interrogation room.
The decision was a defeat for three men — two from British Columbia and one from Alberta — who sought to have their cases thrown out because they did not have counsel at their side during hours of police questioning.'

The World is Mad, It's Official: The Dinner Lady and the Biscuit
Education chiefs in Northern Ireland have been eating humble pie after claims a school dinner lady was warned she could be open to an allegation of grooming for allowing a child to have a biscuit.
The education body covering St Mary's Primary School in Brookeborough, Co Fermanagh, has been asked to apologise to the unnamed woman for the way it investigated the incident.
The controversial warning said to have been issued to the dinner lady came to light after an investigation by the Northern Ireland Ombudsman.
A child at the school had asked if they could have a biscuit and the woman had told a canteen colleague it was okay to hand the pupil the snack.'

An Alien Space Ship on the Moon
William Rutledge is retired and now lives in Africa. He recently came out to reveal some amazing facts about his involvement with NASA in the late 70s. Rutledge claims to have worked on at least two missions to the Moon, including the failed Apollo 19, and the Apollo 20, which he says was launched in August of 1976 from Vandenberg Air Force Base.
Both of these missions, according to Rutledge, were "classified joint Space missions" resulting from collaborations between U.S. and Soviet governments. They do not appear on any roster of NASA missions -- and, if this is true -- for good reasons.
The purpose of these missions was to investigate a large object on the far side of the moon in the Delporte-Izsak region, allegedly discovered and photographed during the Apollo 15 mission. The object, which vaguely resembled an "X-Wing" fighter as seen in the Star Wars films, was supposed to have been a very large alien spacecraft which had crashed or was otherwise abandoned on the Moon in ancient times.'

Argentina's Roundup Human Tragedy
Argentina has become a giant experiment in farming genetically modified (GM) Roundup Ready (RR) soy, engineered to be tolerant to Roundup, Monsanto’s formulation of the herbicide glyphosate. The Argentine government, eager to pull the country out of a deep economic recession in the 1990s, restructured its economy around GM soy grown for export, most of which goes to feed livestock in Europe. In 2009, GM soy was planted on 19 million hectares - over half of Argentina’s cultivated land - and sprayed with 200 million litres of glyphosate herbicide. Spraying is often carried out from the air, causing problems of drift.
In 2002, two years after the first big harvests of RR soy in the country, residents and doctors in soy producing areas began reporting serious health effects from glyphosate spraying, including high rates of birth defects as well as infertility, stillbirths, miscarriages, and cancers. Environmental effects include killed food crops and livestock and streams strewn with dead fish.
One of the first medical doctors to report problems from glyphosate spraying of GM soy was Dr Darío Gianfelici, from Cerrito, Entre Ríos, Argentina. According to Gianfelici, there are two levels of toxic effects from glyphosate: acute effects, such as vomiting, diarrhoea, respiratory problems, and skin rashes; and chronic effects, which take 10–20 years to show up. These include infertility and cancer.
Gianfelici said: “Our town experienced drastic changes before and after soy. I’ve seen people die from cancer at age 30. I have witnessed pregnancy problems and a significant increase in fertility problems. I have seen an increase in respiratory diseases, as has never been seen before.
“GM soy has been a death sentence for humans and for the environment. No money can compensate for the damage that has been caused – the contamination, the deaths, the cases of cancer and malformations".'

FBI Busted Stalking Student, Demands COINTELPRO GPS Stasi Gear Returned
Several days ago a 20-year-old student discovered a GPS tracking device hidden on his car. After his friend posted a picture of it online, speculating about its ties to a secret FBI investigation, the feds themselves came a-knockin', according to Wired.com. They wanted their toy back.
Based on the discussion with the six FBI agents who arrived at his doorstep, Yassir Afifi believes he'd been under surveillance for three to six months. When Wired asked an FBI spokesman about the case, he did not acknowledge ownership of the device, but said that there was an "ongoing investigation".'

Nato Contractors 'Attacking Own Vehicles' in Pakistan
Hundreds of tankers and trucks have been left stranded on highways and depots across Pakistan, with little or no security.
Taliban militants have regularly been targeting the convoys, even when they are heavily protected.
But many believe it is not just the militants who pose a security threat to the convoys.
The owners of oil tankers being used to supply fuel to Nato in Afghanistan say some of the attacks on their convoys are suspicious.
They say there is evidence to suggest that bombs have been planted in many of vehicles by the "Nato contractors" - individuals or companies who have been contracted by Nato to supply fuel and goods to forces in Afghanistan.'

Nations MUST Print Their Own Money!! ...and Establish Their Own Banks!
The centralized banking system was designed for ‘usery’, theft and control of the population and their countries resources. Privatizing monetary control will always always always benefit the ‘privatizers’ NOT the general population. This is true in every country on the face of this earth.
Yet what is going on – at this very minute – is the push by the International Monetary Fund (international gangster/banksters) for the establishment of a one-world-currency. They can only achieve this goal by the corruption and cooperation of the politicians in each country. In actuality the feuding two party system in the United States has been vigorously promoted by the gangster/banksters themselves since 1892 – as a diversion. The collaboration of George Bush Sr (R) and Bill Clinton (D) is a perfect example of the current two-party partnership-in-crime.
Australian author, lecturer and specialist on globalization, Jeremy Lee, explains the monetary system and absolute imperative that nations (or states) establish their own banks and/or currencies.'

The Most Powerful Woman in the World
Forbes magazine can always be relied on for a good laugh. In their latest edition they are telling us that Michelle Obama was the most powerful woman in the world. Hilarious! Implied in Forbes' choice is the long debunked myth that a U.S. president was a powerful man. Sure, Obama is nominally the head of state of the biggest and most heavily armed economy, but that doesn't give him any real power. Nobody becomes U.S. president without prostituting himself to the crime dynasties that run this planet. And - as the examples of Kennedy and Nixon show - nobody stays U.S. president, without religiously adhering to the script provided to him.
No, if Forbes was serious about finding the most powerful woman in the world, they wouldn't have looked for her in America, but in England. Try the world's richest woman and biggest landowner, commander of the armed forces, head of church, head of state, unrestrained by constitution, let alone constitutional court. How more powerful does it get?'

Honeybee Colony Collapse Disorder Caused by Virus? Get Ready for Honeybee Vaccines
A group of biologists claims they've found the cause of Colony Collapse Disorder -- the devastating but mysterious phenomenon of rapidly disappearing honeybees. According to their research, published in PLoS One, the population collapse is caused by the combination of a virus and a fungus (Iridovirus and Microsporidian).
From this discovery, the mainstream media is leaping to the conclusion that Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) has been "solved." Oh, it's a virus and a fungus! Mystery solved!
This kind of thinking is quite characteristic of pseudoscientific western medicine, where everything comes down to naming the right virus, fungus or strain of bacteria discovered to be involved. But it completely misses the far more important question of why honeybees are suddenly more susceptible to such viral and fungal infections.'

Obama’s Balfour Declaration
Those who invested again in the so-called peace process apparently believed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was ready for historic decisions, and that US President Barack Obama's support for the talks represented a unique and serious opportunity.
Netanyahu allowed Israel's mostly fictitious 10-month "settlement freeze" to expire on September 26, setting off a desperate scramble among peace process sponsors to find a formula to "save the peace talks" - as if simply having such talks is the ultimate prize.
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, US envoy George Mitchell and EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton all rushed in not with the goal of stopping Israel's criminal settlement expansion but to find a formula for Israel to continue building settlements while pretending it is not.
This allows Israel to feed its insatiable appetite for Palestinian land undisturbed, and provides cover for Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas to continue the talks that virtually all Palestinians oppose.

Israeli Security Forces Practice Dealing With “Riots Following Population Exchange”, Mass Detentions of Israeli-Palestinians
IBA Radio is reporting that Israel’s security forces ended Thursday a large national drill, in which the civil defense forces, police, military police, fire department and Israel’s prisons unit trained for large scale riots in the Israeli-Arab public, following a signing of a peace agreement that would include "population exchange" (transfer of Arab population to the Palestinian state).
According to Kol Israel’s report, in such an event, a large detention camp for Palestinian citizens will be constructed in Golani Junction, at Israel’s north, and all illegal aliens will be released from prisons to make room for Palestinians.

Every year, tens of billions of Pentagon dollars go missing. The money vanishes not because of fraud, waste or abuse, but because U.S. military planners have appropriated it to secretly develop advanced weapons and fund clandestine operations. Next year, this so-called black budget will be even larger than it was in the Cold War days of1987, when the leading black-budget watchdog, the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA), began gathering reliable estimates. The current total is staggering: $58 billion—enough to pay for two complete Manhattan Projects.'

Global Warming Theory in Chaos After Report Finds Increased Solar Activity May COOL the Earth
A puzzling discovery has raised a question mark over the Sun's impact on climate change and could provide ammunition for sceptics, it was revealed today.
Until now it has been assumed that less activity from the Sun equates to less warming of the Earth.

As solar activity waned at the end of one of the Sun's 11-year cycles, the new data show the amount of energy reaching the Earth at visible wavelengths rose rather than fell.'

Corporate Cash Floods US Congressional Elections
Big business and the wealthy are pouring unprecedented sums of money into the US congressional elections, according to data reported in the media over the past several days. While the lion’s share of the money is going to candidates of the Republican Party, Democrats are also raking in millions, underscoring the status of both parties as political instruments of the financial aristocracy.

US Banks Fake Documents to Rush Foreclosures
Major US banks systematically faked documents in order to speed up foreclosures for hundreds of thousands of homeowners, a mounting body of evidence shows. It appears likely that federal and state laws were broken in the process.
The scandal speaks both to the dimensions of the social crisis and the criminality of the big banks. The immediate cause of the mortgage lenders’ rampant cheating on foreclosure paperwork is the tidal wave of families ruined by the economic crisis—a crisis itself set into motion by the banks’ predatory lending practices. The goal was to get people out of their homes as efficiently and ruthlessly as possible, skating over legal requirements relating to documentation.'

'Corrupt Banking System Runs Europe'
European governments' inclination to apply austerity cuts in tackling budget deficits is due to a “corrupt banking system” in Europe, an economic expert says.
“The European governments ... all say they have no alternative. That is because they are completely controlled by a corrupt banking system which always wants to lend money at interest if it can,” Rodney Shakespeare, professor of binary economics in London, told Press TV.
Recommending a way out of the present economic situation, Shakespeare said that the people of Europe should “demand that the European Bank provide interest-free loans for the purposes of the public capital projects of Greece.”
“The people of Europe must ... demand that they start to get interest-free loans from their national banks for the big public capital spending; and at the same time, that will cap the national debt because you can use the same mechanism to actually get rid of the national debt,” Shakespeare added.'

Banking's Stealth Bailout
You may have not noticed, but we are in the middle of the third major bailout of U.S. and European banks and their investors in as many years. First came the original financial-sector rescue after the 2008 collapse of Lehman Brothers, which has so far shifted an estimated $3.7 trillion in banks’ losses and problem assets to the taxpayers’ bill in the U.S. alone. Then came the European Union’s €750 billion bailout of its weaker members—essentially another attempt to stabilize Europe’s banks, which together funneled some $2 trillion into the bonds, banks, and real-estate sectors of Europe’s shakiest economies: Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, and Belgium.
Now, near-zero interest rates are shifting hundreds of billions from the pockets of savers—including millions of pensioners now earning next to no interest on their investments—into the coffers of banks and their investors. This stealth bailout—effectively a giant tax on savers—is worth nearly $1 trillion annually in the U.S. alone, according to an estimate by Offit Capital Advisors. Worse, critics argue that this little-mentioned bailout isn’t just fleecing savers, it’s slowing the global recovery. By sucking money out of the real economy and into the financial sector, low interest rates are doing the opposite of what they’re supposed to do—delaying restructuring of the West’s stricken financial sector and stifling the economy instead of reigniting growth.'

Hospital Patient Privacy Sacrificed as State Agency Sells or Gives Away Data

The data about hospital inpatients that DSHS collects and distributes is invaluable in public-health and medical research, such as a study of children with asthma in the Rio Grande Valley. But just as often it is non-physicians who use, sell, and re-sell hospital-patient data again and again, generating profit and imperiling personal privacy.
The same patient-data files are sold or given to trade groups, lobbyists, businesses, and even anonymous downloaders. All without your consent.'

Coldest Winter in 1,000 Years On its Way
After the record heat wave this summer, Russia's weather seems to have acquired a taste for the extreme.
Propeller Forecasters say this winter could be the coldest Europe has seen in the last 1,000 years.
The change is reportedly connected with the speed of the Gulf Stream, which has shrunk in half in just the last couple of years. The Prison Industry In The United States: Big Business Or A New Form Of Slavery?
"The private contracting of prisoners for work fosters incentives to lock people up. Prisons depend on this income. Corporate stockholders who make money off prisoners' work lobby for longer sentences, in order to expand their workforce. The system feeds itself," says a study by the Progressive Labor Party, which accuses the prison industry of being "an imitation of Nazi Germany with respect to forced slave labor and concentration camps".'

iPhone Game Slaughters Humans To Defend 'Mother Earth'
A popular new game for the iPhone depicts a giant worm slaughtering humans and knocking airplanes out of the sky to save “mother earth” in another shocking example of how the eco-fascists that have taken over the environmental movement are obsessed with mass genocide and gory death.
As I look out my window while typing this article, the sky is blue, the sun is shining, the trees are swaying and the birds are singing, but according to the makers of Super Mega Worm, the planet was only like this many hundreds of years ago before humans started making evil machines that belched carbon dioxide.'

Ecuador Coup Attempt Engineered by the CIA
The January, 2007 advent of Correa's patriotic administration largely put an end to the abnormal arrangement as the Ecuadorian government started to regain control over the country's agencies. Among other things, Correa forbade them to maintain unofficial ties with the US Embassy or get on its payroll. The efforts predictably angered Washington which, in one instance, demonstratively demanded that the Ecuadorian drug enforcement agency return the computers formerly supplied to it by DEA. The relations between Ecuador and the US saw another chill when Correa closed the US airbase in Mante. In response, Washington slammed Quito over its friendship with Venezuela and Nicaragua, diapproval of Plan Colombia, and the implementation of an original model of socialism.'

23 Million Americans Have Had Their Taxes Increased an Average of $3,900 This Year--But May Not Know It Yet
Almost 23 million American households have already had their federal taxes raised by an average of $3,900 this year--but may not know it yet.
They could get a big surprise when they prepare their tax returns next year.
Among those subject to this already-in-place tax increase are some families making less than $50,000 per year, and virtually all married couples earning between $100,000 per year and $500,000 per year, according to data published by the Congressional Budget Office.
This is despite the fact that President Barack Obama has promised not to increase taxes on any individual earning less than $200,00 per year or on any household earning less than $250,000.'

Washington´s Fear Campaign: US Issues Terror Alert for European Cities
The terror scare also takes place within the context of mounting strikes and protests across Europe against draconian austerity measures directed against the working class. European governments clearly have political reasons to seek to divert public attention away from their right-wing policies and create an atmosphere of fear and panic that can be used to justify repressive measures.
An additional motivation for the terror alert is to justify the escalating US bombing and missile attacks on targets in Pakistan, under conditions of mounting opposition both in Pakistan itself and within the American population. Media reports claim that the supposed terror plot is being prepared from Al Qaeda bases in the tribal regions of Pakistan across the border from Afghanistan, and that the sharp increase in US drone attacks in Pakistan is at least in part a response to this supposed threat.
The European governments also face mass popular opposition to their participation in or support for the US-led colonial-style war in Afghanistan.'

Evidence Refutes BP's and Fed's Deceptions
In August, Truthout conducted soil and water sampling in Pass Christian Harbor, Mississippi; on Grand Isle, Louisiana; and around barrier islands off the coast of Louisiana, in order to test for the presence of oil from BP's Macondo Well.
Laboratory test results from the samples taken in these areas show extremely high concentrations of oil in both the soil and water.
These results contradict consistent claims made by the federal government and BP since early August that much of the Gulf of Mexico is now free of oil and safe for fishing and recreational use.;

Obama’s Cave-In To Israel
According to the leak, Obama made a series of extraordinarily generous offers to Israel, many of them at the expense of the Palestinians, in return for a single minor concession from Netanyahu: a two-month extension of the partial feeze on settlement growth.
A previous 10-month freeze, which ended a week ago, has not so far been renewed by Netanyahu, threatening to bring the negotiations to an abrupt halt. The Palestinians are expected to decide whether to quit the talks over the coming days.'

Lawless Nation - the Executive Branch
Selected to run by the powerful and wealthy, promising the public one thing and delivering another after elected, the President of the United States is the focus of a new political doctrine - the unitary executive. The office of the president has rapidly become a law unto itself over the past ten years. (Image)
Some time before February 2010, the President of the United States authorized the assassination of a U.S. citizen living overseas. The citizen was identified by the White House as a terrorist.
Unlike previous government programs to kill individuals overseas, this one wasn't a covert operation. The program was openly announced, without qualification. Dennis Blair, the Director of National Intelligence, discussed the plan in February at a congressional hearing. A few weeks later, John O. Brennan, the president's National Security Adviser, announced that the marked man was one of "dozens" of U.S. citizens put on the presidential death list because "they are very concerning to us."
The principal of unfettered executive power, absent political and judicial restraint, was officially established. Executive power now supersedes established law.'

Torture Shredded? 'UK Government Can't Deny Propaganda War'
The UK's Ministry of Defence has admitted that electronic records of its soldiers' day-to-day activities in Afghanistan are routinely wiped from computers. One lawyer has already said it 'smacks of a cover up'. The disclosures were made at the public inquiry into the death of an Iraqi hotel receptionist. Baha Mousa died from multiple injuries while in the custody of British soldiers in 2003.
An MoD statement to the inquiry said there are gaps in the information because IT systems are routinely wiped when returned from operational deployments. Jim Brann from the 'Stop the War Coalition' says that 'cover-ups' for mishandled operations in Afghanistan may be even worse than those in Iraq.'

US Firefighters Watch Home Burn Down
Firefighters have eventually arrived at the scene of a fire in the State of Tennessee after numerous pleas by the fire victim, only to watch the house burn down to the ground.
The Cranicks, residents of a rural area in Tennessee, made numerous calls to the fire department, expressing fear that burning trash near their home was growing out of control.
The fire department initially refused to respond to the call and when the operators finally arrived at the scene they merely stood and watched the home burn in flames.
The fire department reportedly refused to put out the fire as the residents had not paid a USD 75 fire fighting service charges to the department in the nearby city of South Fulton.'
