Former Police Officer Challenges Court Juristiction

On the day of April 20, 2009, a Free man on the land commonly known as Martin Earl: Fisher went to the business office of The Navajo County Court. I went to present the PERSON, a legal fiction which lives only in a fictional world of Legist Personas Case No. CR2009-0303, Navajo County, Arizona .

I, as an Agent of the PERSON had already served, via registered US Mail a NOTICE on the Judge that I reserved all of my rights and charged a fee of $2500 in Gold and silver coin of the united States for acting as Agent of the PERSON. I gave her 24 hours to reject my offer to serve as an agent over the account by dropping the charge with prejudice. If she did not, I would consider my offer accepted and fulfill the order to present the PERSON at a hearing.

The charge was taken to a grand jury who returned a true bill. The amount of my fee was about $50,000 Federal Reserve Notes, since us gold and silver coins can only lawfully be exchanged for face value of the coin.

I got no response, so my offer was accepted and my fee agreed to. (I will explain how I will collect later). BTW, the charge was for every order given that I chose to fulfill. Then I went on about the Law, her oath of office, blah blah, I am the master, she is the servant, blah blah. UCC, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, COMMON LAW reservation of rights the works.

So, the man goes to court and the security guard gives me a piece of paper with some mumbo jumbo about how the hearing was not until next week. I took a blue pen, wrote on the paper, "ACCEPTED FOR VALUE RETURNED FOR VALUE BY: my signature, WITHOUT PREJUDICE AND REFUSAL FOR CAUSE FOR MARTIN E. FISHER" I gave it back to him and told him to give it to the judge.

A few min. later, another guard handed me a motion paper to fill out and submit so I could try to have the hearing today. I did not fill it out. Sovereigns do not PLEAD, they simply request and their servants fulfill the request (the Law of Kings). Lest you think I am boasting or Ego filled, you must remember everyone working for the Government is a SWORN PUBLIC SERVANT; it is their oath and duty to SERVE the public.

So, I notice that the name and case is marked out on the calendar, I go into the court room anyway. The so called Honorable judge walks in and everyone but me stands up. (Standing for another human is not equality; she does not stand when I enter the room). She is wearing her black Priest Robe, so the show begins. There are two armed bailiffs there just for little ole' me.

If you have never seen your Government in action, go to any court and watch the show. They always make the PERSON say their name and walk past the "BAR" (this is the act of getting on a ship, and subjecting your "PERSON" to Maritime Jurisdiction and leaving the land) Look at the Flag of any court room, it will have a gold fringe around it, this is a Maritime Flag or military Flag, it gives away the fact you are not on the land, but 'under' Admiralty jurisdiction and a passenger on a ship. The list of names and cases outside the court is a passenger list and ship manifest, just like the old days for getting on a ship. This is why, if you board the ship and complain about your "Constitutional Rights" the judge will give you a contempt charge. The Captain of the ship has control of the ship while on the water, the Constitution is the law of the Land, you just left the land if you gave your name, respond to any title (Mr. Mrs. DEFENDANT, whatever) or walked

past the BAR. You choose to get on the ship and surrender your Rights listed in the Constitution. We were magically transformed into a PERSON, not a man or a woman.

So, I go into court and the judge calls my persons name, I say "I am here on that NUMBER". The game starts, is your NAME MARTIN FISHER?

"I am commonly known as Martin Fisher" I do not go past the BAR and stay on dry land.

JP: "Is your name, MARTIN FISHER?"

"I am here to [re?]present, Martin Fisher."

JP: "OK, Mr. FISHER..."

"No ma'am, I am not a MISTER, I am a man, you can call me Martin."

JP: "The Bailiff will give this to MARTIN FISHER."

(He walks up and takes a paper from her and brings it toward me)

I ignore him and do not take the paper.

"Ma'am, you must not understand, I am not MARTIN FISHER and that paper does not have my name on it, I cannot accept it. On and for the record, do you have the right to tell me who I am?"

No reply to my question, instead, I get "Let the record show Martin is appearing for MARTIN FISHER (men and women cannot appear, only ghosts can) I interrupt her and say; "No, let the record show I am not appearing, I am here, a man standing on dry ground, you do not have jurisdiction over me, nor can you call me whatever you want."

She gets out this big book of STATUTES and says "Rule 9 of the criminal..." I don't even let her finish.

"Excuse me maim, is that a Statute you just quoted? Or is it a Law?" "On and for the record, if it is a Statute, it does not apply to me, as I am not under your Admiralty Jurisdiction, I have not entered into your jurisdiction, and you do not have my consent to bring me into your jurisdiction. "

"Now, judge, answer my question on and for the record, is that a Statute or a LAW?"

No answer, the book gets closed and the judge is now getting pissed.

"Again, on and for the Record, I am a man, standing on dry ground and a SOVEREIGN, statutes do not apply to me- do you on and for the record wish to dispute that? I am here for one reason, that is to challenge your jurisdiction, do you on the record want to claim you have jurisdiction over me, a sovereign man standing on dry land or not?"

She is literally forcing herself to keep her mouth closed. "I am telling the Bailiffs to remove Mr. Fisher from this hearing, it will continue without him." Two bailiffs, one on each side of me, armed with GLOCK pistols start telling me to leave the court room.

Me: "ON AND FOR THE RECORD, YOU DO NOT HAVE MY CONSENT TO TOUCH ME, DO NOT TOUCH ME!"

"THIS IS A COURT OF ADMIRALTY JURISDICTION IT CANNOT MOVE WITHOUT MY CONSENT, WHICH IT DOES NOT HAVE."

"DO NOT TOUCH ME!"

They continue to tell me to leave and the judge continues to talk, it was a mess, but I stood my ground. The Judge is dying to give me an order, but she KNOWS what that will cost (remember my fee of $2500 in Gold and Silver coin for every order I fulfill).

There is now another armed Sheriff in the room as well the 6 or 7 other people who have been there the whole time.

The Judge stands up and says "This hearing is adjourned!" the court recorder, and everyone else on her ship were taken aback by this and did not even have time to stand up before judge was out of the room.

I turned to bailiff and said "I will not leave this court until I choose to, in fact, I am going to sit right here, on this bench." I sat down and he is still telling me I have to leave. I tell him "The judge left the room it is now MINE. This is a court of the People, I am one of the people, she left the court room to me, since it is rightfully mine and she knows it, that is why she left and I am still here!"

After a few more educational moments with one of our public servants, he apologized and I told him there was no reason for that, I appreciated his professionalism and for not touching me.

I then told those left in my court room, "I am now leaving by my own choice." I steeled myself to walk out the door, fully expecting the scene from the MATRIX when NEO walks into the building to save Morpheus from the agents and SWAT team in black uniforms start shooting. But alas, nobody likes to play with me; I had a pleasant conversation with an old friend and left the building knowing I am a free man on the land. As I walked past the guard who was at the front door, I smiled and said "Damn it feels good to be a FREE-MAN!" to the rap cadence of `Damn it feels good to be a gangsta' because, you know, I am a 40 year old white guy and that's cool, right?

The original charge against the person was 'driving on a suspended DL'. Given over 4 months ago, signed without prejudice. The next day, the agent went into the JP and rescinded the signature, the JP refused and called armed members of the Ex. Branch to remove the agent from the place of business. A failure to appear charge and warrant was put out for the person as well as an officer safety bulletin claiming that 'A notice was left on the step of the JP office, threatens the judge and is claiming he is a Sovereign entity and not subject to the laws of the land, is a martial arts and firearms expert use caution' Of course, nothing to id ME, just the person. *a note was written that the only proof of jurisdiction acceptable to take away my life, liberty or pursuit of happiness was death, so IF the JP had jurisdiction over my Creator endowed rights, he could come kill me and to 'put on your black dress and prove jurisdiction. ' It was not a threat, it was a
PROOF OF CLAIM offer!

Later, several cops with rifles were waiting the JP court for me to show up, which I did not. After a long phone call with the local sheriff, the warrant quashed and the case remanded to the stuporior court.

The county here has a grand jury system, all charges are run by a GJ. So, they drop the original charge (since it was signed wit. prejudice) I guess and charged the PERSON again.

That led to the hearing for the person on the 20th. I have all documents relating to the incident.

Tax Google to Help the BBC, say Ministers

Google could be be hit with an online advertising tax to boost the coffers of the BBC, under proposals being discussed by the Government.

Ministers are considering taxing search engines, download websites and broadband providers to fund public service TV and the roll-out of broadband.

It could mean tax bills of more than £ 100million, which in turn may force firms to start charging for emailing, internet searches and social networking, which are used by millions of Britons every day.

A Method To Their Madness: The Hegelian Dialectic And False Flag Operations

What is the Hegelian Dialectic? Wikipedia explains it:

"Hegelian dialectic, usually presented in a three-fold manner, was stated by Heinrich Moritz Chalybäus as comprising three dialectical stages of development: a thesis, giving rise to its reaction, an antithesis, which contradicts or negates the thesis, and the tension between the two being resolved by means of a synthesis.

Although this model is often named after the German philosopher George Hegel, he himself never used that specific formulation. Hegel ascribed that terminology to Kant. Carrying on Kant's work, Fichte greatly elaborated on the synthesis model, and popularized it.

On the other hand, Hegel did use a three-valued logical model that is very similar to the antithesis model, but Hegel's most usual terms were: Abstract-Negative-Concrete. Sometimes Hegel would use the terms, Immediate-Mediated-Concrete. Hegel used these terms hundreds of times throughout his works."

In easier to understand terms, according to the Freedom Dictionary online, it is:

"An interpretive method, originally used to relate specific entities or events to the absolute idea, in which an assertable proposition (thesis) is necessarily opposed by its apparent contradiction (antithesis), and both reconciled on a higher level of truth by a third proposition (synthesis). Also called Hegelian triad."

Even more simply put, it is the process of creating a problem (thesis) to which there will be a reaction and demands for a solution (antithesis) leading to a solution (synthesis). This has been used repeatedly by our Zionist masters to control the minds of the American people and lead them towards solutions that they would not, under other circumstances, accept.

The most common use of this process has been by Zionist Neo-Conservative warmongers in the "false flag" operations that have been carried out to a political end, usually war against another country, or the so-called Cold War, or as in the "war on terror," against "radical Islam."

This process has been used successfully and diabolically throughout many periods of history and in modern times one can point to such examples as the sinking of the U.S.S. Maine in Havana harbor on February 15th, 1898 which precipitated the Spanish-American War as well as the sinking of the Lusitania on May 7th, 1915 which was used to garner rage in the American public and as a result, to bring the United States into WW1.

The sad part of this means of arriving at a solution commonly does so at the expense of much suffering and loss of human life. On the Lusitania alone, 1,198 of the 1,959 souls on board perished.

In 1941, during the presidency of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Winston Churchill and Roosevelt both conspired to bring the United States into the second World War on the side of the allies. Knowing that the American people were not in favour of another war after the carnage of the first Great War, they needed to devise a means by which to persuade the American people that a war was the right course of action.

It was decided that Roosevelt would employ means by which to goad the Japanese into attacking the American fleet which he had ordered moved from San Diego to Pearl Harbour. Since that "day of infamy" it has become not so common knowledge that Roosevelt had prior knowledge of the attack and did absolutely nothing to prevent it.

According to Michael Collins Piper in his book Dirty Secrets: Crime, Conspiracy and Cover-up During the 20th Century, Secretary of State to FDR, Cordell Hull, contacted an American journalist, Joseph Lieb, meeting with him on November 28, 1941 to inform him that the Japanese were planning to attack Pearl Harbor within a few days and had in his possession Japanese radio transcripts intercepted by American Intelligence which he handed over to Lieb. When pressed for more information, Hull admitted that this foreknowledge of the impending attack went "all the way to the Whitehouse."

After promising Hull that he would not reveal his source, Lieb approached his United Press bureau chief who refused to believe the tale and print Lieb's story. A former cable editor at United Press did agree to transmit the story but did so in a way that rendered the final version incomplete. Only one newspaper, ironically in Honolulu, ultimately carried the story, although it failed to mention that the attack would be on Pearl Harbor itself.

On December 7, 1941, under the command of Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, Pearl Harbor was attacked, just as Secretary Hull had related to Joseph Lieb. Overall, nine ships of the U.S. fleet were sunk and 21 ships were severely damaged. Three of the 21 would be irreparable. The overall death toll reached 2,350, including 68 civilians, and 1,178 injured. Of the military personnel lost at Pearl Harbor, 1,177 were from the Arizona.

How is it possible that an American president could allow such an attack to take place with all its attendant loss of life? Hard as it is to believe, these Zionist monsters simply don't care about the lives destroyed or lost, they are simply a means to an end. Their mantra has always been "the end justifies the means."

The men trapped in the Arizona at the bottom of the ocean at Pearl Harbor were simply a means by which the FDR administration could enrage Americans against the Japanese and bring them around to supporting his war. A brilliant, albeit decidedly evil and machiavellian strategy.

Twenty-some years later, this same strategy was employed by President Lyndon Baines Johnson, who needed to win the approval of the American citizenry to escalate the conflagration in Vietnam, a war in which many Americans felt they should have no role.

On August 2, 1964, the destroyer USS Maddox engaged three North Vietnamese P-4 torpedo boats, resulting in damage to the three boats. Two days later the Maddox (having been joined by the destroyer USS Turner Joy) reported a second engagement with North Vietnamese vessels.

The outcome of the incident was the passage by Congress of the Southeast Asia Resolution (better known as the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution), which granted President Lyndon B. Johnson the authority to assist any Southeast Asian country whose government was considered to be jeopardized by "communist aggression," including the commitment of U.S. forces without a declaration of war.

The resolution served as Johnson's legal justification for escalating American involvement in the Republic of Vietnam (South Vietnam). It gave the President the exclusive right to use military force without consulting the Senate. The president later admitted that this was based on a false pretext. The Gulf of Tonkin lie was later exposed by a declassified official NSA report in 2005 which revealed that the Maddox had engaged the North Vietnamese on August 2, but that there may not have been any North Vietnamese vessels present during the engagement of August 4. It was not a case of differing stories as to what happened on the night of August 4th, it is a fact that nothing happened that night other than Hanoi's navy being engaged in salvaging the two boats which had been damaged on August 2nd.

The first Gulf War, launched by President George H.W. Bush in 1990 was just another in a long line of incidents provoked by lies told by the American government to the American people. A pre-emptive war against Iraq was not supported by the majority of Americans until a young, tearful girl appeared before Congress with her tales of Iraqi soldiers entering Kuwait hospitals and dumping newborn babies out of their incubators and onto the cold floor where they were left to die. It later came to light that the young girl in question was no other than the daughter of the American Ambassador to Iraq but by then the damage was done and a war was underway.

The most recent and probably the most devastating example of the Hegelian Dialectic happened on September 11, 2001 when, we are to believe, "Islamic fanatics" hijacked American passenger planes and flew them into the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon, while ostensibly, the last one was taken over by passengers and crashed outside Shanksville Pennsylvania.

The official story as drafted by the official September 11 Commission has more holes in it than a block of swiss cheese but we are supposed to believe that these 19 Islamic nutcases belonging to "Al Qaeda" were able to pull off the terrorist attack of the millenium, thwarting NORAD, the FAA and the American Air Force among others while our illustrious leaders lied, deceived and obfuscated as to their whereabouts as well as what they knew and when they knew it.

The Neo-Conservative think tank called the Project for A New American Century had made it very clear that they wanted to take out the Saddam Hussein regime in Iraq and spoke of needing a "new Pearl Harbor" to bring the American populace around to their deluded way of thinking.

How convenient that, shortly after the installation of the Neo-Con president, George Bush Jr. in 2000, they were rewarded by a "surprise attack" on American soil and within a matter of hours were able to pin it on the responsible party.

If you believe the official version of this calamity, I have some swampland in Arizona for you to purchase. There are only three possible solutions to the mystery of the September 11 attacks. The first is that the attacks happened exactly the way the 9/11 Commision Report claims, that America was blindsided by a completely surprise attack by 19 radical Muslims flying passenger planes into buildings.

This is about as ludicrous to me as believing the magic bullet nonsense dreamed up by the Warren Commission who were given the job of explaining (read covering up) the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

The second explanation for 9/11 is that the American government knew of the impending attack but did nothing to stop it, either because they wanted it to happen or because the intelligence gathered was not sufficient to elucidate where, when and how the attack was to take place.

The third explanation is far more ominous and in my opinion, far more likely and that is the belief that the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States was a joint operation between the Neo-Cons in the Bush administration, the CIA and likely the Mossad and was carried out to put the fear of terrorism into each American in order to garner support for yet another foreign war. As an added benefit, as per the Hegelian Dialectic, they have also used the attack (thesis) and the result (fear) to implement the Patriot Act which deprives Americans of certain rights (synthesis.)

It is an age old practice and one that has been surprisingly effective. I'm sure most countries have, at some point, engaged the dialectic to sell an unpopular war to its population or as a justification for restricting rights. We certainly know that Israel is no stranger to false flag operations as proven by the Lavon affair and the unprecedented and unprovoked attack on the U.S.S. Liberty in 1967.

It goes without saying that the Neo-Cons in the Bush administration are complicit in the deaths of more than 3,000 innocent American citizens and should be held accountable. What they have committed and covered up is nothing short of an act of treason and over 3,000 counts of murder, not even counting the number of American military personnel killed or wounded nor the number of Iraqi citizens who have died since the war was launched in March of 2003.

As a result of what I have learned in reading about these false flag operations, otherwise known as state terror, I no longer accept similar news unquestioningly. When a so-called terrorist attack occurs, the first question I ask myself is who stands to gain from this? Sadly, the answer is usually the same insane group of lunatics, namely American Zionists working in tandem with the state of Israel.

We have to stop being swayed by the emotionalism of these incidents and not allow the government to use them to win us over to their nefarious plans. Otherwise, they will continue and we will be at perpetual war. Just as the government used the specter of the Soviet Union to justify their arms build-up, they are now replacing the Soviet bogeyman with "radical Islam" in order to promote endless war between Islam and the west, all with the aim of making Israel the predominant middle eastern power and gaining control of all middle eastern oil in the process.

Once we understand how the Hegelian Dialectic is used to their advantage, we can thwart their plans by refusing to be swayed by their repeated fear-mongering and by standing firm against being embroiled in yet another senseless war.

It is indeed time to wake up and smell the coffee.

The recent release of the Bush torture memos and the revelation that the CIA waterboarded Abu Zubaydah 83 times and Khalid Sheik Mohammed 183 times before Bush claimed that we don’t torture has elicited a predictable response from conservative Christians who think the Republican Party is the party of God: silence.

When the Spanish did it, it was torture. When the Japanese did it, it was torture. When the Germans did it, it was torture. When the Khmer Rouge did it, it was torture. But when waterboarding was done by Americans under a Republican administration, it suddenly became an "enhanced interrogation technique."

Fury Over Speed Guns That Can See in the Dark

Furious campaigners hit out yesterday at plans to arm police with the radars that can pin a speeding conviction on a driver who will not have any warning.

The new super speed guns work over a distance of more than a mile and can note a car’s registration number from 100 yards away.

Military Police at the Kentucky Derby

Google News search does not produce a story or even a brief mention of the fact military police were on hand at the Kentucky Derby to keep restless plebs in line. However, an Associated Press photograph, posted on the Yahoo! News website, shows two MPs in combat fatigues with side arms restraining a man at the derby.

“The military has NO BUSINESS policing the citizens except during extraordinarily exceptional times of national emergency by an executive order. This is very disturbing and completely un-American. Maybe even more disturbing is that no one seems to care how quietly and easily we have accepted the burgeoning police state,” an article comment states.

Obama Promises to Spend Billions to Address Bogus H1N1 Pandemic

During his Saturday PR video, Barack Obama told us not to worry, the government will do all it can to protect us from the H1N1 virus. The government will dish out to the states drugs from the so-called Strategic National Stockpile (SNS), a large cache of antibiotics, chemical antidotes, and antitoxins purchased by the taxpayers from Big Pharma.


SNS is a scheme cooked up by by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Department of Homeland Security. The SNS is releasing one-quarter of its antiviral drugs, personal protective equipment, and respiratory protection devices to help states respond to the overblown H1N1 pandemic.

Obama’s cache of expensive drugs will have to be replenished at the cost of billions of dollars so we are ready to respond to the next designer virus and the one after that.

Obama is merely following in the footsteps of those that came before him. Back in October of 2005, the Pentagon ordered the vaccination of all military personnel worldwide against the so-called avian flu, or H5N1. Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld announced he’d budgeted more than $1 billion to stockpile the vaccine Oseltamivir (sold under the name Tamiflu). Bush urged Congress to appropriate another $2 billion for Tamiflu stocks. As it turns out, this scheme was a boondoggle for Rumsfeld who’d been chairman of the pharmaceutical company Gilead Sciences. Gilead Sciences held exclusive world patent rights to Tamiflu.

Rumsfeld and crew cashed in again after the latest manufactured flu scare hit the boards last month. “Since the outbreak of Swine Flu Panic (not Swine Flu but Swine Flu Panic) sales of Tamiflu as well as any and every possible drug marketed as flu related have exploded. Wall Street firms have rushed to issue ‘buy’ recommendations for the company,” writes F. William Engdahl.

Obama will hand out Tamiflu and other drugs to the states to fight against a flu virus that has killed exactly one person in the United States — a toddler from Mexico — and then the CDC will take your money to buy more (or more accurately, the government will borrow money from the bankers, buy billions worth of questionably effective drugs from Big Pharma, and fill up the SNS stash in anticipation of the next engineered release of a designer virus).

According to the Lancet medical journal, Tamiflu and the similar drug Relenza would do nothing in the event of a real pandemic. Tamiflu and Relenza reduce the severity of real influenza, but do not work on viral infections, the Guardian reported in January of 2006. Tamiflu, however, is good for Wall Street “buy recommendations,” thanks to all the corporate media and government generated hype.

Obama has also dedicated your money to developing a vaccine for an outbreak he says will strike this autumn. On Sunday, CFR member and recently installed Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius told Meet the Press “the government is accelerating production of vaccine against the seasonal flu, which is expected to infect millions of Americans,” according to Reuters.

The scandal-infected pharmaceutical company Baxter announced last week that it is working with the World Health Organization on a potential vaccine. A few weeks ago Baxter was implicated in a scandal involving vaccines tainted with the deadly avian flu virus. “Since the probability of mixing a live virus biological weapon with vaccine material by accident is virtually impossible, this leaves no other explanation than that the contamination was a deliberate attempt to weaponize the H5N1 virus to its most potent extreme and distribute it via conventional flu vaccines to the population who would then infect others to a devastating degree as the disease went airborne,” Steve Watson wrote on April 27.

Part of this scheme is the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Agency, although you will not read about it in the New York Times. According to Senator Mike Enzi, Ranking Member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee, this proposed agency will “work closely together and with our global partners to stop the spread of swine flu.” The HELP Committee, chaired by the ailing Sen. Edward Kennedy, is working to “reform” health care (that is to say “walmartize” health care).

Obama also said the “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009″ (otherwise known as the “stimulus” bill) that sailed through Congress in February will be used in part to expand government infrastructure in order to fight phony pandemics in the future. It will continue the transfer of billions to Big Pharma. Obama is simply putting the best face on the “debt engine” created by the banksters and unleashed on the American people who will be paying for this scam for generations to come. Rolling the phony pandemic into this scheme makes perfect sense, not that it is particularly required — a Gallup poll revealed in February that 75% of Americans support the “stimulus” con job (corporate polls, of course, should be taken with a large pinch of salt — actual support is probably far less enthusiastic).

Finally, Obama thanks Bush for setting up the structure required to implement a police state and declare martial law. Obama talks about Bush’s “Pandemic Influenza Strategic Plan” (although not by name) that not only calls for the militarization of public health care, but also calls for quarantine, travel restrictions, and other martial law impositions. “After the bungled initial federal response to Katrina, Bush suggested putting the Pentagon in charge of search-and-rescue efforts in times of a major terrorist attack or similarly catastrophic natural disaster. He has argued that the armed forces have the ability to quickly mobilize the equipment, manpower and communications capabilities needed in times of crisis,” CNN reported October 4, 2005. “He urged Congress to give him the ability to use the military, if needed.”

Obama will use the military, too, “if needed.” It is all part of the effort to incrementally usher in a dictatorship by stealth and under the cover of protecting the little people from a flu pandemic that is not a pandemic but rather orchestrated corporate media hype surrounding the release of a genetically engineered virus.

H1N1 is a beta test for things promised to come this autumn.

Israel often argues that refraining from killing innocent people represents Christian, not Jewish morality, as many Israeli leaders have said ad nauseam.

Well, if so, then this should a clear Jewish vindication of all the crimes that the Nazis perpetrated against Jews and non-Jews several decades ago.

Besides, even in war there is proportionality, a principle that Israel has ignored rather wantonly by killing dozens or hundreds of mostly innocent Palestinians and Lebanese as a reprisal for the death of a Jewish soldier or settler.

Israel says its enemy is Hamas, not the Palestinian people. This is a big lie that is meant to gain the sympathy of the western world, given the success of Zionist hasbara, through the Jewish-controlled media in Europe and North America , in demonizing the Palestinian Islamic liberation movement.

Otherwise, why would Israel blockade and starve and savage millions of Palestinians who have nothing to do with Hamas.?

We are talking about ordinary people, people who struggle to make ends meet, people who toil from sunrise to sunset to put food on the table for their children. It is mostly these people who are being killed and maimed and starved by the Judeo-Nazi entity.

The Black Saturday massacre, which by no means will be the last, is a damning proof that Israel can only survive by shedding blood.

The US drone attacks in Pakistan are backfiring and need to be called off, top adviser to the US army chief in Afghanistan David Kilcullen has said.

Responding to a congressman on what the US government should do in Pakistan, he said: “We need to call off the drones.” According to a report published in the Los Angeles Times, Kilcullen has no objection to killing “bad guys”. Flashback 2007: Japan Issues Tamiflu Warning After Child Deaths

The Japanese government has warned doctors that Tamiflu, the drug being stockpiled around the world as a defence against a bird flu pandemic, should not be prescribed to teenagers for fear that it can lead to bizarre and self-destructive behaviour.

Tokyo’s Ministry of Health and Welfare today instructed the Japanese distributor of the drug to include a warning not to give the drug to patients aged between 10 and 19, after reports that at least 18 Japanese children taking Tamiflu have died as a result of irrational behaviour.

Concern over Tamiflu will complicate international preparations for a catastrophic bird flu pandemic, against which it is seen as the final line of defence. A

However, the European Medicine Agency (EMEA), which licences the drug in Europe, said that there was no equivalent warning in Europe as they had not found any link between the drug and any deaths.

Japan consumes 60 per cent of the world’s Tamiflu, the drug also known as oseltamivir, and manufactured by the Swiss pharmaceutical company Roche. Britain has purchased enough courses of the drug to treat 25 per cent of the population if there was an outbreak of a bird flu pandemic.

Despite scores of deaths in south-east Asia, there have been no cases of human bird flu in Japan, and the 8.6 million people who receive the drug every year are suffering from the common form of human influenza.

But for the past three years, there have been alarming stories of young people succumbing to fits of self-destructive behaviour while receiving Tamiflu.

Relatives who believe that their children were adversely affected by the drug have formed a lobby group to demand its withdrawal from sale.

One of the most disturbing cases was in February 2004 when a 17-year old boy took one capsule of Tamiflu at his home in Gifu prefecture, central Japan. No one was at home to witness what happened next, but he appears to have left the house in his pyjamas, walked barefoot through a snowstorm, climbed over two fences and stepped in front of an oncoming truck. The driver told police that he was smiling at the moment of impact.

At the end of last month, a fourteen year old boy in the city of Sendai told his mother that he was going to the toilet, but then walked out of the front door of his eleven storey apartment. His mother ran out to see him straddling the four foot guard rail and despite her cries of warning he fell to his death in the car park below. He had taken two Tamiflu capsules, the first day of a five day prescribed course for influenza.

According to Japan’s health ministry, most of the 54 Japanese who died after taking Tamiflu by October last year, succumbed to liver or other organ failure, most likely caused by influenza. But 16 of them were children aged 16 or under, several of whom had exhibited “abnormal” behaviour.

The drug is already sold in Japan with a general warning that users may have psychological side effects including abnormal behaviour and hallucinations.

WHEN British consumers are compelled to buy energy-efficient lightbulbs from 2012, they will save up to 5m tons of carbon dioxide a year from being pumped into the atmosphere. In China, however, a heavy environmental price is being paid for the production of “green” lightbulbs in cost-cutting factories.

Large numbers of Chinese workers have been poisoned by mercury, which forms part of the compact fluorescent lightbulbs. A surge in foreign demand, set off by a European Union directive making these bulbs compulsory within three years, has also led to the reopening of mercury mines that have ruined the environment.

Jacqui Smith's Secret Plan to Carry on Snooping

SPY chiefs are pressing ahead with secret plans to monitor all internet use and telephone calls in Britain despite an announcement by Jacqui Smith, the home secretary, of a ministerial climbdown over public surveillance.

GCHQ, the government’s eavesdropping centre, is developing classified technology to intercept and monitor all e-mails, website visits and social networking sessions in Britain. The agency will also be able to track telephone calls made over the internet, as well as all phone calls to land lines and mobiles.

The £1 billion snooping project — called Mastering the Internet (MTI) — will rely on thousands of “black box” probes being covertly inserted across online infrastructure.

Labour Peer Baroness Uddin Claims £100,000 Expenses on Empty Flat

A LABOUR peer who lives in the East End of London has claimed about £100,000 in parliamentary expenses on a flat in Kent that neighbours say has been unoccupied for years.

Baroness Uddin, who worked closely with Tony and Cherie Blair, has been claiming allowances intended for peers living outside London although she resides only four miles from the Lords.

Inquiries by The Sunday Times have established that the baroness bought a two-bedroom flat in Maidstone in 2005 and has named it as her main home to claim almost £30,000 a year in accommodation expenses from the House of Lords.

Residents from the five other flats in the same block as Uddin’s property all say they have never seen her there. They could see through the windows that the bedrooms were unfurnished.

Who Rules America? Who Controls the Media?

There is no greater power in the world today than that wielded by the manipulators of public opinion in America. No king or pope of old, no conquering general or high priest ever disposed of a power even remotely approaching that of the few dozen men who control America's mass news and entertainment media.

Their power is not distant and impersonal; it reaches into every home in America, and it works its will during nearly every waking hour. It is the power that shapes and molds the mind of virtually every citizen, young or old, rich or poor, simple or sophisticated.

The mass media form for us our image of the world and then tell us what to think about that image. Essentially everything we know -- or think we know -- about events outside of our own neighborhood or circle of acquaintances comes to us via our daily newspaper, our weekly news magazine, our radio, or our television. It is not just the heavy-handed suppression of certain news stories from our newspapers or the blatant propagandizing of history-distorting TV 'docudramas' that characterizes the opinion-manipulating techniques of the media masters. They exercise both subtlety and thoroughness in their management of the news and the entertainment that they present to us.

For example, the way in which the news is covered: which items are emphasized and which are played down, the reporter's choice of words, tone of voice, and facial expressions; the wording of headlines; the choice of illustrations -- all of these things subliminally and yet profoundly affect the way in which we interpret what we see or hear.

On top of this, of course, the columnists and editors remove any remaining doubt from our minds as to just what we are to think about it all. Employing carefully developed psychological techniques, they guide our thought and opinion so that we can be in tune with the "in" crowd, the "beautiful people", the "smart money". Israeli Tanks, Bulldozers Roll Into Gaza

Israeli ground forces have launched an incursion into the Gaza Strip after the military jets bombed 'tunnels' beneath the border between the beleaguered sliver and Egypt.

Israeli tanks and bulldozers crossed the border into northern town of Beit Lahiya as troops attacked Palestinian farmers in their fields in al-Faraheen area, east of Khan Yunis city on Saturday, Xinhua reported.

Gunfire were also heard on the border line in northeast Gaza, near Jabaliya.

UN Report: 60,000 Jerusalemites at Risk of Their Homes Being Demolished

Sixty Thousand Palestinians living in occupied Jerusalem are at risk of their homes being demolished by Israeli occupation authorities according to a report by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.


The report notes that since the occupation of east Jerusalem by Israel in 1967 it has illegally annexed it, restricted Palestinian development and confiscated over one third of its area in favour of building Israeli settlements in violation of international humanitarian law.

U.S. May Revive Guantánamo Military Courts

The Obama administration is moving toward reviving the military commission system for prosecuting Guantánamo detainees, which was a target of critics during the Bush administration, including Mr. Obama himself.

Officials said the first public moves could come as soon as next week, perhaps in filings to military judges at the United States naval base at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, outlining an administration plan to amend the Bush administration’s system to provide more legal protections for terrorism suspects.

Continuing the military commissions in any form would probably prompt sharp criticism from human rights groups as well as some of Mr. Obama’s political allies because the troubled system became an emblem of the effort to use Guantánamo to avoid the American legal system.

Officials who work on the Guantánamo issue say administration lawyers have become concerned that they would face significant obstacles to trying some terrorism suspects in federal courts. Judges might make it difficult to prosecute detainees who were subjected to brutal treatment or for prosecutors to use hearsay evidence gathered by intelligence agencies.

Let’s face it (with averted, horrified eyes) Abe Foxman is a major player in the infernal kingdom. I toyed with some other illustrations; dead skunk in the middle of the road. The idea had promise. Abe smells at least that bad and he is dead. He’s dead to all human qualities, which makes him sort of like the undead that you see in those zombie films except, he would have to be a dung golem wouldn’t he? Then I considered he might be one of the devil’s butt hairs but I can’t see the devil wasting the kind of nasty talent he has invested in Abe on something as pedestrian as a butt hair.

No… when I thought about hemorrhoids, something just clicked. My understanding of hemorrhoids, I don’t have any but… my understanding is that they itch and burn and are really annoying and no one really wants one in their private places. All that dovetailed perfectly with how I understand Abe Foxman. As I read on, I realized that this is what Abe is but… not just any hemorrhoid; One of the devil’s hemorrhoids.

Obama Administration Seeks Extraordinary Military Powers in Pakistan

The Obama administration is increasingly treating its growing intervention in Pakistan as a separate counter-insurgency war for which it is demanding the same kind of extraordinary military powers obtained by the Bush administration in Afghanistan and Iraq.

This was the main message delivered by Pentagon officials on Capitol Hill over the last few days, together with increasingly dire warnings that without immediate and unconditional US military funding for Pakistan, the government could collapse.

Defense Secretary Robert Gates warned Congress Thursday that unless it quickly approved some $400 million requested by the Pentagon for a new Pakistan Counterinsurgency Capability Fund the Pakistani military would run out of funding within weeks for its operations against insurgents in the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) and other areas of western Pakistan.

Preparing America for Mandatory Vaccination

Time Magazine’s coverage of the swine flu scare has a noticeable subplot - preparing Americans for draconian measures to combat a future pandemic as well as forcing them to accept the idea of mandatory vaccinations.

In an article entitled How to Deal with Swine Flu: Heeding the Mistakes of 1976, the piece discusses how dozens died and hundreds were injured from vaccines as a result of the 1976 swine flu fiasco, when the Ford administration attempted to use the infection of soldiers at Fort Dix as a pretext for a mass vaccination of the entire country.

Despite acknowledging that the 1976 farce was an example of “how not to handle a flu outbreak,” the article still introduces the notion that officials “may soon have to consider whether to institute draconian measures to combat the disease.”

Censors for Talk Radio Expected Within 90 Days

The leader of a newly formed public awareness campaign to alert U.S. citizens about an effort to stifle free speech says he expects local "boards" will be assembled within 90 days to begin censoring talk radio, a move that will come as an "Arctic blast" against the expression of opinion in the United States.

WND reported just days ago on a meeting at which more than two dozen principals of the nation's top talk radio shows held a private strategy meeting to discuss government plans to squelch critical political speech on radio.

Organized by Brad O'Leary, author of the new book, "Shut Up, America! The End of Free Speech," and Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND, the group chose one attendee to be spokesman and chairman of the coalition – syndicated host Roger Hedgecock of San Diego.
