UK Parliamentary Briefing Note from November 10th says Compulsory Vaccinations Allowed

A UK Parliamentary briefing note published on November 2009 maintains that the government has the power to impose compulsory swine flu vaccinations under the Civil Contingencies Act 2004.

Dr Gavin Colthart authored the “information is provided to Members of Parliament in support of their parliamentary duties.”

The note also says that local authorities can declare people who are suspected of having the swine flu to be guilty of a criminal offence.

The note also makes the claim for which there is as yet no evidence that the swine flu can cause Guillain-Barré syndrome in an apparent attempt to downplay the cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome reported in connection with the swine flu jab in the US and France.'

US Government's Proposed Mandatory Health Insurance Will Mean Mandatory Vaccinations, Reports Jazon Pearl

The Federal Governments proposed mandatory health insurance will mean mandatory vaccinations/immunizations. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) says that for anyone who refuses to keep up-to-date vaccinations, under the new health reform, you will not be able to obtain any health care you may need until immunizations are current.

It was also reported that the new health care reform bill was submitted with a provision that those doctors and hospitals who are not meaningful users of the new reform system will also be faced with fines and penalties. As well as the Secretary of Health and Human Services will be permitted to impose more stringent measures of meaningful use over time.'

10 Times More Thimerosal in Canadian Non-Adjuvanted H1N1 Vaccine

According to this Public Health Agency of Canada website, the non-adjuvanted vaccine [ie: the H1N1 vaccine without the ASO3 (otherwise known as squalene-oil-water adjuvant)] will contain 10 times the amount of Thimerosal as in the adjuvanted vaccine presently being distributed. This, they want to give to young kids and pregnant women.'

New York Abandons Swine Flu Vaccine Mandate for Health Care Workers, Blames Vaccine Shortage

New York State Health Commissioner Richard F. Daines announced today that public health workers will no longer be required to receive swine flu vaccinations. The state had been sued by the Public Employees Federation to stop the vaccine mandate, and a state judge had granted the group a temporary restraining order against mandatory vaccine injections.'

Judge Halts Flu Vaccine Mandate For Health Workers

A state Supreme Court judge issued a restraining order Friday against the state from enforcing the controversial mandatory vaccination.

The order came as the Public Employees Federation sued to reverse a policy requiring vaccination against the seasonal and swine flu viruses, arguing that state Health Commissioner Richard Daines overstepped his authority.

Swine Flu Mandatory Vaccinations Protest Edinburgh 12th December 2009

A Swine Flu Manditory Vaccination Protest has been organised in Edinburgh, Scotland on December 12th from 12noon-2pm. We will be meeting outside the gates of Edinburgh Castle at 12noon and then marching down the Royal Mile to the Scottish parliament building.

This will be a peaceful protest and we ask that everybody behave accordingly with no alcohol or abusive behaviour. Protestors should wear warm waterproof clothing and bring banners and posters. Homemade t-shirts with anti-vaccination slogans or fancydress would be welcomed.

Military to Get Mandatory Swine Flu Shots Soon

U.S. military troops will begin getting required swine flu shots in the next week to 10 days, with active duty forces deploying to war zones and other critical areas going to the front of the vaccine line, a top military commander said Tuesday.

Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart also told The Associated Press that as many as 400 troops are ready to go to five regional headquarters around the country to assist federal health and emergency management officials if needed as the flu season heats up.
