British Social Workers take Baby Boy After Mum Refuses to Feed Him Processed Junk Food

British social workers took a toddler into custody after his parents refused to feed him junk food.

Paul and Lisa Hessey of Bolsover, England, took their two-year-old son Zak to a doctor when he began refusing to eat his mother's cooking and dropped to 17 pounds.

"I thought I was ... going to the best people for advice when Zak began to lose weight," his mother said. "Instead they basically accused me of neglecting him and implied it was all my fault."

Doctors advised Zak's parents to feed him junk food in order to stem his weight loss. His parents, firm believers in healthy eating, refused.'

A mother who reprimanded her children at a supermarket was secretly followed by an off-duty policeman and interrogated by fellow officers who reported her to social services.
The 34-year-old, who has had no previous problems with the police, was horrified when she was visited at home by two uniformed officers six weeks after the incident.
They said she had been seen by the off-duty officer who had trailed the family to their house – a 15-minute walk away – to get their address.'

Almost panicking, both mothers rushed to the local school. I have changed the locations because the matter is still being investigated. Be content that it is somewhere in Surrey close to where I live. I know both women personally and both are well educated and well balanced. At the school they were almost frogmarched into the presence of the School Manager who sat behind a desk accompanied by a Police Officer- in fact I learned later there were two of them.

William’s mother was already there but her son had been isolated in a special room away from all other children. The school refused to allow his mother access to him. She complained but was only allowed to see a very frightened and tearful little boy after she had been ‘interrogated’ (in her own words) by the officers and the Manager.'

John Hemming, a Liberal Democrat MP, who campaigns to stop injustices in the family court, said: “Very often care proceedings are used as retaliation by local authorities against ‘uppity’ people who dare to question the system.”

The unwarranted seizure of children from non-abusive, non-neglectful homes has become a national problem of staggering proportions. At any given time, there are, now, more than a half of a million children in custody in the United States. It has been estimated that nearly one out of every twenty children in the entire United States can be expected to undergo investigation this year.

Nearly three-and-a-half thousand children go into government custody, every single day. That means that, nearly every two weeks, as many children go into government custody, as there were American soldiers killed during the entire span of the Vietnam War. Counting the last 30 years or so, the victims of our Juvenile and Family Courts amount to one of the largest groups of people ever subjected to human rights violations in all of world history.

The new bastions of “child abuse protectors” and “social engineers,” who are out to build a better world, have destroyed more families here in America than all of the wars, plagues, and pestilences that America has experienced throughout its entire history. Child Protective Services routinely violates the Constitutional rights of parents and their children in the process of their “intervention”.

Social Workers Took Away my Twins After I'd Joked That Birth Spoilt my Body'

A mother had her twin babies taken from her by social workers after she joked that their caesarean birth had ruined her body.
She and her husband endured five rounds of IVF costing £38,000 to start a family, only to have social services take their children within weeks.
The parents insist social workers acted needlessly, but have been warned their six-month-old boy and girl could be put up for adoption following a secret Family Court hearing last week.

The babies, who were born six weeks prematurely, were taken into care after hospital staff warned that the first-time parents were struggling to care for them.
Nurses reported that the mother appeared to feel ' bitter' towards her children after her joke about the caesarean's effect on her body.
And when the desperate woman lost her temper at social workers who had taken her babies, officials said she had 'anger problems' and could pose a threat to her twins.

Mum Jailed For Telling Son She Loves Him

AS the wife of a successful City financier with three young boys, she seemed to have it all.

Yet after a bitter divorce and a protracted battle with Britain’s family courts system, the woman now finds herself bereft. She no longer lives in an imposing home counties farmhouse and for the past three years she has been denied any direct access to her children.

Barred from approaching them in any way, she has been repeatedly arrested for breaching the terms of the injunction against her.

She was once even jailed after encountering her eldest son in the street and telling him she loved him. Now she faces the prospect of incarceration once more. This summer the woman will be hauled before the courts again for having posted a video of her case on the internet.

The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has not been excluded from her children’s lives because she presents a physical danger to them. Her failing, in the eyes of the courts, was to have turned the boys against their father.

The Moment Social Workers Snatched a Dementia Patient From Daughter's Home and Forced her Back to a Care Home

Concerned about the treatment her elderly mother was receiving in a care home, Rosalind Figg decided to look after her personally. She and her partner created an ensuite bedroom with an alarm system to wake them if 86-year-old Betty Figg, who has dementia, got up in the night.

Edinburgh Social Services Remove Young Children From Grandparents and Arrange Adoption by Gay Couple

The five-year-old boy and his four-year-old sister were being looked after by their grandparents because their mother, a recovering drug addict, was not considered capable.

But social workers stepped in after allegedly deciding that the couple, who are aged 59 and 46, were "too old" to look after the children.

They were allegedly stripped of their carer's rights and informed they would be barred from seeing the children altogether unless they agreed to the same-sex adoption.

The distraught grandfather said: "It breaks my heart to think that our grandchildren are being forced to grow up in an environment without a mother-figure.
"We are not prejudiced, but I defy anyone to explain to us how this can be in their best interests.
"The ideal for any child is to have a loving father and a loving mother in their lives."

His wife added: "It's so important for children to fit in, and I feel our grandchildren will be marked out from the start when they draw pictures of their two dads."

The case raises fears about state interference in family arrangements, and concerns about the practice of adoption by same-sex couples.

Social workers at the City of Edinburgh Council have been accused of waging a "two-year campaign" through the courts to strip the grandparents of their legal rights as carers of the children.
