Livni May Face Arrest Warrant in South Africa


The Media Review Network (MRN) and the Palestine Solidarity Alliance are seeking an arrest warrant in South Africa ahead of Livni's visit to the country next week, Ha'aretz reported on Saturday.

The South African groups want Livni arrested for her role in the 22-day war, which killed more than 1,400 Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

Shortly after the three-week war ended, reports surfaced incriminating Israeli forces in numerous cases of war crimes and crimes against humanity.'
