Blind Man Accused of Driving Offences

A blind man was left stunned when he was charged with a string of motoring offences.
Despite telling officers about his disability, George Day from Birmingham was ordered to appear before city magistrates on Friday to prove his innocence.

'I thought it was an April Fool's joke at first,' said the 50-year-old, who was the victim of identity fraud.
