Volunteer 'Litter Police' to Patrol Villages

Volunteer "litter police" are to patrol villages and towns handing out on-the-spot fines, it has been reported.
Following a day of training on how to gather evidence, they will reportedly have the right to demand the name and address of anyone they see dropping rubbish up to the size of a bin bag .
Offenders who refuse to pay the fine will face prosecution in a magistrates' court.
What can I say, Stasi UK at it's finest

  1. this is already happening in colwyn bay, north wales, where i live. this is been made by the so called plastic police. it's a disgusting move just to harass and bully decent honest people. but hei, what can we do?just to let you know that spraying (chemtrails) continue to be very active around here, especially during the weekends. how can i make people aware of this fact? take care
