Yes, Virginia, A Climate Cover-Up

Democrats in Virginia are trying to stop their attorney general from probing climate fraud carried out by university researchers at taxpayer expense. Are they afraid of finding the inconvenient truth?

It's not the crime, it's the cover-up, as the saying goes. In the case of former University of Virginia climate scientist Michael Mann and his supporters, it may be both. Not only did Mann participate in perhaps the greatest scam of modern times, but he may have also have fraudulently used taxpayer funds to do so.

At least Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli thinks so, and has been diligently trying to obtain from U.Va. documents and e-mails related to Mann's work there. Mann reportedly received around $500,000 from taxpayer-funded grants from the university for research there from 1999 to 2005.'

Federal Reserve Hides Major Accounting Change

Reuters has a very hot story out tonight on an accounting change the Fed snuck into a regularl weekly report. It will move off its balance sheet any bad debt the Fed may have purchased from Goldman Sachs, or anybody else for that matter.

Oklahoma First Grader Suspended For ‘Offensive’ Hand Gesture

An Oklahoma boy got in trouble during an assembly at Parkview Elementary when he made a simple hand gesture. No, not that one. The first grader just made the childhood symbol for a gun, pretending he was shooting. This is something we, at least guys, have always done. My kids make the gesture hundreds of times a day — like a nervous tick.

The boy was placed on in-school suspension and threatened with more severe punishment should he repeat the gesture.'

Montana Lawmaker Proposes Bill Where Feds Need Permission From Local Sheriff to Arrest Citizens or Seize Property

It is sad that a bill has to be proposed to make it clear were the jurisdiction of the Federal Government and The State is. The truth is a lawmaker in Montana has to propose a bill to protect the people of his state from Federal abuses.

We would not have any problems with the abuses of the Federal government at the hand of the alphabet soup agencies. If the local government followed the State and Federal Constitution. If local politicians were not out there looking for handouts from the Federal government in the form of a Federal Grant with strings attached that require breaking state and Federal laws. There would be no problem and we have our country back.'

Proposed Bill in Colorado Will Make Everyone Who Gets A Drivers License Automatically Consents to Being an Organ Donor .Welcome to the New Medical Tyranny.

I notice in many states. The condition Drivers Licenses gives certain terms. In Florida holding a driver license constitutes a field sobriety test. In Texas they are trying to pass is males between 18 and 26 constitutes automatic registration into selective service. Now there is a bill proposed in Colorado that would make everyone an organ donor as an agreement to be issued a driver license.

Now I hear rumors of hospitals killing patients for there organs. If this legislation becomes law in Colorado. I can see a person who goes through the emergency room being slightly injured in a car wreck needing stitches. They run test seeing there blood and tissue samples up against the list of people needing organs. The results show they matches a wealthy man needing a liver transplant. All of sudden this person dies from a so called alleged ruptured spleen they did not catch in earlier test. I heard stories of Hospitals killing patients who are on the organ donor list so they can harvest the organs for profit. If it is true. It is a wicked practice.'

Flu Vaccine Causing Infant Seizures; FDA to Investigate

The Sanofi-Aventis flu vaccine known as "Fluzone" is causing febrile seizures in children, the FDA revealed yesterday. According to the FDA, 42 cases of seizures have been reported in children receiving the Fluzone vaccine. Most of the children suffering seizures are under the age of two.

The FDA went out of its way to claim that even though these children suffered seizures, they're all fine now. "All children recovered and no lasting effects have been seen," the FDA said. Can you imagine them making such a statement about an herb that was found to cause seizures? This is a case where the FDA has clearly put itself in the position of defending the safety of the vaccine and downplaying the risk that it sends children into convulsions.'

USDA Found to be Poisoning Bird Populations, Causing Mass Die-offs Involving Millions of Birds

Not all the mysterious bird die-offs that have been witnessed around the globe recently are due to unexplained causes. A recent mass die-off event witnessed in Yankton, South Dakota was traced back to the USDA which admitted to carrying out a mass poisoning of the birds.

After hundreds of starlings were found dead in the Yankton Riverside Park, concerned citizens began to investigate. Before long, a USDA official called the local police and admitted they had poisoned the birds. "They say that they had poisoned the birds about ten miles south of Yankton and they were surprised they came to Yankton like they did and died in our park," says Yankton Animal Control Officer Lisa Brasel, as reported by KTIV.

Congress Introduces Bill to Stop Upcoming Ban of Incandescent Light Bulbs

In 2007, the U.S. Congress passed the Energy Independence and Security Act which contains a subsection that bans the sale of incandescent light bulbs beginning in 2012. But the new Congress recently unveiled the Better Use of Light Bulbs Act, or H.R. 91, which would repeal this subsection and restore Americans' freedom of choice to buy the light bulbs of their choice.

The idea to ban incandescent bulbs emerged from the false notion that compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFL) are better for the environment because they use less energy. But the truth of the matter is that CFLs are loaded with toxic mercury, which upon breakage or disposal pollutes the environment via seepage into groundwater, rivers and lakes, and threatens human health.'

Gates suggested using cell phones to record each birth and send the information, including biometric identifiers, to a central database. This database would then send reminders to parents' phones when it was time to come in for vaccines or other treatments. He said a prime location to implement such programs would be northern Nigeria or northern India, where vaccination rates are less than 50 percent.'

The Children's Judge

True, in the military courtroom itself Palestinians are neither shot nor beaten. They are not 'targeted for elimination’ nor even sentenced to death. At least not in the courtroom. But the military court is also the place where all illusions die. And hopes. That is where they learn that law regarding Palestinians is nothing short of another kind of weapon. One of many. Among the tanks and planes and cluster bombs and checkpoints and Separation Wall and white phosphorus and the IOF spokesman.
The military court is the end of ends. The last judgment. The final accusation, a-priori, of Palestinians only because they are Palestinians.

Online News Service Promotes False Climate Change Study

At Last, the Damning Evidence That Should Bury Blair for His Lies Over Iraq

The Chilcot Inquiry into the Iraq War has dragged on for 14 months, and is far from over. Dozens of witnesses have been questioned, and millions of words of evidence amassed.

Even the most diligent onlooker may be forgiven for losing the plot. That may explain why a piece of sensational information released by the inquiry on Monday has not yet caused the political earthquake it should have.

Obama Officials Caught Deceiving about WikiLeaks

Whenever the U.S. Government wants to demonize a person or group in order to justify attacks on them, it follows the same playbook: it manufactures falsehoods about them, baselessly warns that they pose Grave Dangers and are severely harming our National Security, peppers all that with personality smears to render the targeted individuals repellent on a personal level, and feeds it all to the establishment American media, which then dutifully amplifies and mindlessly disseminates it all. That, of course, was the precise scheme that so easily led the U.S. into attacking Iraq; it's what continues to ensure support for the whole litany of War on Terror abuses and the bonanza of power and profit which accompanies them; and it's long been obvious that this is the primary means for generating contempt for WikiLeaks to enable its prosecution and ultimate destruction (an outcome the Pentagon has been plotting since at least 2008).'

The Spectre Haunting Europe: Debt Defaults, Austerity, and Death of the 'Social Europe' Model

Only a year ago it was recognized that decades of neoliberalism had crashed the U.S. and several European economies. Years of deregulation, speculation and lack of investment in the real economy had left them with rising inequality and little consumer demand, except for what was financed by running up debt.
