Duke of York to Face Fresh Questions as Epstein Case Takes New Twist

Several women who claim they were sexually abused by Epstein are challenging a plea bargain deal that enabled the billionaire to avoid being tried for offences that carried a possible life sentence. They say the deal with prosecutors was unlawful because under US law they should have been consulted, and want Epstein’s convictions for lesser offences to be set aside so he can face a fresh trial.

The Duke, who stayed at Epstein’s home in Florida and flew with him in his private jet, may be one of several high-profile figures from whom lawyers may want to take statements as part of that process.

The Duke could be asked to give a statement to the FBI, as lawyers believe he may have been with Epstein at times when under age girls were in the house, and that he could have information helpful to their inquiries.'

Justifying NATO Military Intervention To fullfill Mediterranean Union Agenda

Honeybee End?

The mysterious collapse of honey-bee colonies is becoming a global phenomenon. Declines in managed bee colonies, seen increasingly in Europe and the US in the past decade, are also now being observed in China and Japan and there are the first signs of African collapses from Egypt, according to the report from the United Nations. Beekeepers in Western countries have been reporting slow declines of stocks for many years, apparently due to impaired protein production, changes in agricultural practice, or unpredictable weather.'

Japan Faces Nuclear Meltdown After Explosion at Vast Power Plant Caused by Earthquake Which Killed 1,300

There has been an explosion at the Fukushima nuclear plant.

Several workers have been injured by the blast as they continue the struggle to contain radiation leaks at the crippled reactor.
Thousands of people within a six-mile radius of the Fukushima facility were evacuated as radiation rose to 1,000 times the safe level and pressure grew, fueling fears of an explosion.

With growing tension at the plant 150 miles north of Tokyo, a second state of emergency was declared as pressure rose in two reactors at the facility.

Earlier officials had proposed releasing radioactive vapour into the atmosphere in a bid to prevent an explosion after its cooling system failed.

Corporate Coup d'Etat In Wisconsin

Ralph Nader calls Washington corporate-occupied territory - "every department agency controlled by the overwhelming presence of corporate lobbyists, corporate executives in high government positions, turning the government against its own people."

Nader also said corporations don't just control government, they are the government. "The corporation IS the government!" They bought and own it at the federal, state and local levels, running it like their private fiefdom at the expense of working Americans, systematically stripping them of hard-won rights.

They have 10,000 Political Action Committees and 35,000 full-time lobbyists. "Just imagine," says Nader, "even the Labor Department is not controlled by trade unions - it's (owned and) controlled by corporations".'

Oil? We’re Here for the Heroin! (at $19,923,200 per barrel!)

The recent article about Russia criticizing US and NATO forces (attached below) struck a chord with me because just a few weeks ago, I discussed how and why I believed US and NATO forces to be the world’s largest drug cartel. The push into the Helmand Province was a key element, being some of the most fertile production areas in the world. In that article, I asked why US and NATO forces have not begun destroying the opium fields, salting the region or even engineering a Monsanto-like gene to sterilize the plants.

In response, I received multiple emails talking about the “poor farmers who have nothing else to do” and how many people would starve if we destroyed the poppy fields. I read several articles on USA Today, CNN, FOX, etc talking about the same thing. They were shifting the blame. The poor Afghan farmer was the victim in these emails and articles.'

Lots of problems with this…

Not least of which is that in the 1980s and 90s, King was a chief fundraiser for IRA terror operations in Ireland.

In fact, he was a best buddy of trigger pullers and bomb planters there and it was payback from this group and its supporters in Long Island, NY that got this arch hypocrite and bully into Congress in the first place.'

The David Rockefeller, Ball and Chain, Armageddon Club.

The true evils of a man like David Rockefeller are not the most obvious. Sure, he was probably involved in the decision to have Pearl Harbor attacked without warning, given his placement in the scheme of things at the time. Sure he was probably connected to 9/11 one way or another; directly, or through people he leveraged into place over time. Sure, he actively engaged in promoting wars around the world throughout his life and definitely, he and brother, Nelson visited the most terrible of conditions upon Latin and South America. They and the Rothschilds must have been stepping all over each other every time they turned around. Can I get a hearty, ‘Rio Tinto, te quiero’!

You probably cannot find any great evil of the last 6 decades that David didn’t have some kind of a hand in, profited from or approved of but the real impact of his presence isn’t noted as it should be. In a similar fashion to his brother’s draconian drug law when he was governor of New York, David’s association with The Free Trade Agreement had more to do with destroying America and the livelihoods of the poor and middle class Americans than anything else you can think of. You probably know it as NAFTA.'

British Ruling Elite Advance 'Humanitarian' Cover for Intervention in Libya

Britain’s ruling elite are sharpening their neo-colonial claws once again in the guise of "humanitarian intervention", this time utilising the suffering of the Libyan masses.

In the last days, the UK has led the way in demanding Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi "must go", insisting "all options" in achieving a desired "regime change" are on the table.

The capture of numerous British military and intelligence operatives—six SAS men and an MI5 agent—by rebel forces in Benghazi made clear that the powers that be are already hard at work to this end. It has since been revealed by the Daily Mail that ministers have approved "a presence on the ground" of the SAS and MI6, who "will link up with Special Forces already in Libya to provide protection and give informal military advice to the Libyan opposition".'

Huge Tsunami Slams Into Japan After Massive Earthquake

A powerful tsunami spawned by the largest earthquake in Japan's recorded history slammed the eastern coast today, sweeping away boats, cars, homes and people as widespread fires burned out of control.

The early initial death toll was reported as 15, but there are fears it will be much higher.

The magnitude 8.9 offshore quake was followed by at least 19 aftershocks, most of them of more than magnitude 6.0. Dozens of cities and villages along the 1,300-mile (2,100-kilometer) stretch of the country's eastern shore were shaken by violent tremors that reached as far away as Tokyo, hundreds of miles (kilometers) from the epicenter in the sea off the northeastern coast.

Britain Fears Huge Loss in Libya

The British Prime Minister should be more concerned when he makes a 'far more aggressive' call for military intervention in Libya than any other Western leader.

According to what British officials say privately, there is a more pragmatic concern, based on which David Cameron would be forced to intervene in the crisis-stricken North African country to save UK's vast oil investments in Libya.

The London-based oil company British Petroleum (BP) has developed a huge stake in Libya's vast national resources after the Libyan despotic ruler Muammar Qaddafi dismantled his feared nuclear weapons program on December 19, 2003 and opened up his country's lucrative market to western companies.

Thus, the British Prime Minister is worried that a large and sudden loss of BP revenues in Libya could damage his government's tax base badly at a moment when Britain is struggling to recover from a deep recession.'

During these Hearings he managed to get agreement that:

2) As the Council did this (issuing Summonses themselves) they used letters headed as if the Summons had been sent by the Court. This is contrary to Law. The Council is not any part of any judicial process. The Council were, therefore, guilty of massive deception.

(The above applies to all Councils in the United Kingdom).

Because Roger had not paid (for approximately 3 years), the Local Council decided to 'up the ante' by pursuing a Bankruptcy Petition against him.'
