CIA Still Testing Drugs on People
American author Hank Albarelli spent over ten years researching the CIA and drug experiments conducted by the clandestine organization. In an exclusive interview with RT’s Marina Portnaya, Albarelli details the secret tests that began in the 1950’s and continue today.
Obama Supports a National DNA Database
“President Barack Obama’s embrace of a national database to store the DNA of people arrested but not necessarily convicted of a crime is heartening to backers of the policy but disappointing to criminal-justice reformers, who view it as an invasion of privacy,” reports Politico. “Others also worry the practice would adversely affect minorities.”
It would affect all Americans regardless of race, creed, color, nationality, etc. It would also be a violation of the Fourth Amendment.'

Germany Fights to Keep Holocaust Organiser's Files Sealed
The secrecy order is being challenged in a benchmark court case against the BND, Germany's domestic intelligence service, which wants the 4,500 pages of documents on Adolf Eichmann to remain out of the public domain. The service claims that intelligence agencies in other countries will be "frightened off" in future data-sharing if they are disclosed, Der Spiegel reported.
Critics believe this is a smokescreen designed to avoid official embarrassment both in Berlin and the Vatican. It is well documented that German Bishop Alois Hudal in Rome operated postwar "Ratlines," getting passports for wanted Nazis to allow them to escape justice.'

Girl Scouts Distribute Planned Parenthood Sex Guide at UN Meeting
The brochure, aimed at young people living with HIV, contains explicit and graphic details on sex, as well as the promotion of casual sex in many forms. The brochure claims, “Many people think sex is just about vaginal or anal intercourse… But, there are lots of different ways to have sex and lots of different types of sex. There is no right or wrong way to have sex. Just have fun, explore and be yourself!” The brochure goes on to encourage young people to “Improve your sex life by getting to know your own body. Play with yourself! Masturbation is a great way to find out more about your body and what you find sexually stimulating. Mix things up by using different kinds of touch from very soft to hard. Talk about or act out your fantasies. Talk dirty to them.”

ID Cards - Intergovernmental Cooperation in Worldwide Implementation
Simultaneous introduction of biometric, smart ID cards around the world is not just a coincidence, it is not merely due to nations copying effective schemes in other nations, and is not just a phenomenon related to the sudden maturity of technology. Implementation of these ID card schemes was pushed. It is being driven in a coordinated programme, via international organisations and conferences, led by the US and the European Union (EU).

Climategate: the IPCC's Whitewash 'Review' is the AGW Camp's Biggest Mistake Yet
First, who appointed this review body? Those two iconic standard bearers of climate science objectivity, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and IPCC head (still!) Rajendra Pachauri. There is nothing like being judge in your own cause – it secures a less damaging verdict. Ban Ki-moon is the clown who, on a visit to the Arctic last September, despairingly proclaimed that “100 billion tons” of polar ice were melting each year, when the sea-ice around him had just extended itself by half a million square kilometres more than at the same time the previous year. Pachauri, among many other solecisms, is also the buffoon who denounced criticism of the IPCC’s absurd claims about melting Himalayan glaciers as “voodoo science”.'

Fake Gold Bars in Bank of England and Fort Knox
But what about gold? This is the most sacred of all commodities because it is thought to be the most trusted, reliable and valuable means of saving wealth.
A recent discovery — in October of 2009 — has been suppressed by the main stream media but has been circulating among the “big money” brokers and financial kingpins and is just now being revealed to the public. Who did this? Apparently our own government.'

Look What Harry Reid Hid Deep in the Health Care Bill
Note that the subsection at issue here concerns the regulatory power of the Independent Medicare Advisory Board (IMAB) to "reduce the per capita rate of growth in Medicare spending." That is precisely the kind of open-ended grant of regulatory power that effectively establishes the IMAB as the ultimate arbiter of the cost, quality and quantity of health care to be made available to the American people. And Reid wants the decisions of this group of unelected federal bureaucrats to be untouchable for all time.'

BT Boss Condemns Government Piracy Measures
BT chief executive Ian Livingstone has joined a group of industry executives and high profile figures – from organisations including Orange, Virgin Media, Google and the Open Rights Group – in writing an open letter to the Financial Times, urging that changes be made to the Digital Economy Bill.
The letter criticises the most recent amendment to the Bill – Amendment 120A – which would enable courts to issue an injunction against any website accused of hosting a “substantial proportion” of material that infringes copyright. This could ultimately result in sites such as YouTube being forced offline.
“This amendment not only significantly changes the injunctions procedure in the UK but will lead to an increase in Internet service providers blocking websites accused of illegally hosting copyrighted material without cases even reaching a judge,” the letter warned. “The amendment seeks to address the legitimate concerns of rights-holders but would have unintended consequences that far outweigh any benefits it could bring".'

The National Worker ID Card as an Evil Instrument of Control
Once a card is instituted into the system, card creep will begin. It will begin to be used for other purposes. First, what they will do is mark the easy ones, sex offenders and those found guilty of domestic violence. Then they'll do those who have a DUI charge. Then they'll do those who are charged with hate speech. Then they'll mark the cards of those who have been arrested for protesting. Then it will be those who have managed their employees in an "abusive" manner.
If you are a sex offender (and in many states this is broadly defined to include hookers), you will not be able to live in a neighborhood where there is any type of activities for children, regardless of how small the group and how well chaperoned. Which means you will end up in the dead end part of town. Try to turn your life around after getting marked like this, forget about it. You will be on the street as a hooker, until you die.'

Permanent Agression: War on the Horizon in Latin America
In the twenty-first century, Venezuela has been one of the principle targets of these constant aggressions. Since the April 2002 coup, there has been a dangerous escalation in attacks and destabilization attempts against the Bolivarian Revolution. Although many fell beneath the seductive smile and poetic words of Barack Obama, it’s not necessary to look beyond the past year to see the intensification of Washington’s aggressions against Venezuela. The largest military expansion in history in the region – through the US occupation of Colombia – the reactivation of the Fourth Fleet of the US Navy, as well as an increased US military presence in the Caribbean, Panama and Central America throughout the past year, can be interpreted as preparation for a conflict scenario in the region.

Citizen's Arrest of Alleged War Criminal George W. Bush in Canada
Dacajaweiah, John Boncore, or Splitting the Sky, is not a man of few words. If you read his hefty 653-page autobiography, it is very clear that he has lived an extraordinary life and has survived more than his share of violence, to find deep within himself a well of energy and spirit enabling him to not only endure hardships, but to serve his people and the land in the timeless struggle against oppression and tyranny. From the Attica Rebellion to Gustafen Lake to Calgary in 2009, when he attempted a citizen’s arrest of George W. Bush, “Dac” has consciously taken a leadership role to politically challenge the powerful forces that dominate the North American continent. Brutally arrested for his action, he earned his “day in court” to voice not only his defense, but “to highlight the hypocrisy and criminality of the Canadian government for allowing Bush into Canada, and to firmly establish the legal defense of ‘civil resistance’, the duty of citizens to act when our governments and their agents are derelict in their duty. This will be very useful in the future to rein these criminals in.”

A New EU treaty? I See Trouble Ahead
Now, I might be getting a bit excitable here, but I think this could be cause serious headaches for both Labour and Conservatives alike.
Start with the technical stuff. The reason Mrs Merkel is talking about treaty change is that the Treaty on the European Union (Maastricht, to you and me) both allows the creation of a single European currency, and forbids one member-state bailing out another. So if the EU is create its own European Monetary Fund to save Greece (and whichever member goes bad after Greece) then the treaty must change. So far, so good.
But hang on: when the Lisbon Treaty was ratified by the UK (yes, without a referendum), the Prime Minister promised that there would be no more institutional changes in Europe for up to a decade.
He made the pledge several times, including in the Commons.'

Perversion Is Fine, So Long As You're In A Position Of Authority
"Outraged parents have hit out at a school in Birmingham after pupils discovered CCTV cameras in the school's toilets," reports Sky News.
"Youngsters at Grace Academy in Chelmsley Wood claim they returned from half-term to find staff had installed the cameras without notifying them or their parents."
The report points to another recent case in Britain, where a school in Salford filmed children in various stages of undress changing into their gym kit.
Parents slammed the move as a "total invasion of privacy" and many students refused to use the bathroom, but the school claimed that installing cameras to watch children in the most intimate setting possible was perfectly normal because "children want to feel secure".
So as long as it's done in the name of safety and security, watching children in bathrooms is acceptable. Perhaps child molesters who are caught with kiddie porn should use the defense that they are merely watching videos of children to make them "feel secure". But we're forgetting the golden rule - you're only allowed to engage in such behavior if you happen to be ascribed some position of authority.'

Breastmilk Assault Deemed 'Biohazard' by Law Enforcement Officer
A Kentucky woman is facing a felony assault charge for allegedly squirting breast milk into the face of a female jailer. After Toni Tramel, 31, was arrested last Thursday for public intoxication, she was transported to the Daviess County Detention Center in Owensboro.
While there, Tramel, pictured in the above mug shot, was directed to change into a jail uniform. But the uncooperative suspect was "too intoxicated to complete the task on her own," so Officer Lula Brown sought to aid her, according to the below incident report. While in the jail's shower room, Brown told Tramel that she "needed to take her shirt and bra off" before changing into a green jail smock. That is when Tramel "took off her bra, grabbed her breast and squirted breast milk, hitting me in the face and neck region," reported Brown.
Tramel attempted a second lactation assault, "but was unsuccessful," added Brown. Tramel is now being held in the Daviess County lockup on $5000 bond. As for Brown, a jail press release noted that the officer was successfully able to "clean the bio-hazard off her".'

'For 14 days straight, they relentlessly bannered the CTV national Olympic newscast with 911 signs etc. They were punched at, pushed, shoved, sworn at and threatened by numerous delusional sheeple mesmerized by the Olympic fanfare, but they still prevailed with an unprecedented amount of coverage.'
The DNA of a Police State
Brown notes that the DNA database has helped to effectively prosecute offending criminals. As with any technological development, such a tool can be used for good or for ill. The problem lies not in the use of the technology itself, but in the strong-armed monopoly of force wielding the power; aka the government.
A free-market based on voluntary endorsement and association would be most effective at regulating against unjustifiable usages of technology. Any breach of contract in such a circumstance would be much less devastating to the overall welfare of the populace, due to the dynamic nature of a competitive economy. A forceful monopoly offers no such refuge.
Government Ends Public Hearing on Plan to Prohibit Fishing
The Obama administration will accept no more public input for a federal strategy that could prohibit U.S. citizens from fishing the nation’s oceans, coastal areas, Great Lakes, and even inland waters.
This announcement comes at the time when the situation supposedly still is “fluid” and the Interagency Ocean Policy Task Force still hasn’t issued its final report on zoning uses of these waters.
That’s a disappointment, but not really a surprise for fishing industry insiders who have negotiated for months with officials at the Council on Environmental Quality and bureaucrats on the task force. These angling advocates have come to suspect that public input into the process was a charade from the beginning.'

Patients' Medical Records Go Online Without Consent
Patients’ confidential medical records are being placed on a controversial NHS database without their knowledge, doctors’ leaders have warned.
Those who do not wish to have their details on the £11 billion computer system are supposed to be able to opt out by informing health authorities.
But doctors have accused the Government of rushing the project through, meaning that patients have had their details uploaded to the database before they have had a chance to object.'

Ailing Banks May Require More Aid to Keep Solvent
A sober assessment of the growing mountain of losses from bad bets, measured in today’s marketplace, would overwhelm the value of the banks’ assets, they say. The banks, in their view, are insolvent.
None of the experts’ research focuses on individual banks, and there are certainly exceptions among the 50 largest banks in the country. Nor do consumers and businesses need to fret about their deposits, which are federally insured. And even banks that might technically be insolvent can continue operating for a long time, and could recover their financial health when the economy improves.'

Fujita, the editorial added, is a member of “the lunatic fringe” who “have spawned a thriving subculture of conspiracy theorists at home and abroad”, and “his views, rooted as they are in profound distrust of the United States, seem to reflect a strain of anti-American thought”. The piece closes by suggesting that the “fact-averse” Fujita should be removed from office.'

Schumer, Graham Use Immigration to Push National Biometric ID Card
Schumer and Graham want every American worker required to have a biometric ID card in order to work. “Under the potentially controversial plan still taking shape in the Senate, all legal U.S. workers, including citizens and immigrants, would be issued an ID card with embedded information, such as fingerprints, to tie the card to the worker,” reports The Wall Street Journal.'

Anti-Iran Plot Failing, Israeli Envoy Laments
Israel's UN ambassador says the prospects for imposing crippling sanctions on Iran are “grim” because Russia and China insist on diplomacy to solve the dispute over Iran's nuclear program.
"The chances now seem grim regarding sanctions that will be crippling," AFP quoted Gabriela Shalev as saying on Tuesday.
She said Russia and China, which both have a veto at the UN Security Council, "are still looking to the diplomatic track" and appear reluctant to back a new round of tough sanctions on Iran.'

Reality Reversals Continue: Scientists Now Propose That Ritalin Boosts Learning
Oh yes, you heard right! Ritalin, a drug that causes brain changes similar to cocaine is going to help people learn now. Ritalin is the brand name for methylphenidate. Although introduced way back in 1956, experts still aren’t sure exactly how it works. It is a stimulant. Methylphenidate affects the way a patient’s brain responds to impulses.
It can cause anorexia, heart palpitations, blood pressure/pulse changes, cardiac arrhythmia, anemia, psychosis, liver failure, brain inflammation, decreased white blood cell count among other effects. However, according to scientists studying the drug, the risks just don’t exceed the learning benefits acquired by children who use the drug.'
