Six Israeli Warplanes Fly Over Lebanon
Six Israeli military aircraft have penetrated Lebanese airspace again and have flown over parts of the country in violation of a UN Security Council resolution.
Two Israeli warplanes crossed into Lebanese airspace over the southern border town of Alma al-Shaab at 9:43 a.m. local time (0643 GMT) on Tuesday and conducted several unwarranted flights above areas in southern Lebanon, including Yaroun, according to a statement released by the Lebanese military.
The jets left at 10.50 a.m. local time (0750 GMT) while flying over the village of al-Naqoura, located 91 km (57 miles) south of the Lebanese capital, Beirut.'
