This is a replay of the infamous and equally mythical deal claimed between Iraq and Niger over "Yellow cake" processed uranium. That claim, which resulted in President Bush's notorious "16 words" in the 2003 State of the Union speech in which he claimed Iraq was acquiring processed uranium from Niger, was based on documents which the IAEA declared to be obvious forgeries.
