Precious Metals Storage Scam: 'Sorry, Delivery Is Not Possible'

Court Files Prove Maryanne Godboldo Had Full Legal Authority to Stop Administering Dangerous Drugs to Daughter; CPS Raid Nothing But Illegal Kidnapping

New developments in the case of Maryanne Godboldo -- the Detroit, Mich., woman whose house was recently raided by a SWAT team with a tank, and whose daughter was subsequently kidnapped by these armed terrorists -- are set to hopefully clear the mother of any wrongdoing in the matter (http://www.naturalnews.com/032090_M...).

Recently-released court documents prove that the consent form Maryanne signed agreeing to give her daughter the highly-dangerous anti-psychotic drug Risperdal was optional, and that she was always free to cease using them at any time.

In other words, the raid conducted by state-sanctioned thugs on behalf of Child Protective Services (CPS) was nothing more than an illegal kidnapping by armed terrorists who violated Maryanne and her family's legal, civil, and God-given rights. At this point, Maryanne truly has a fully-validated case against CPS and its criminal cabal, should she decide to pursue aggressive legal action against them. After all, they illegally broke into Maryanne's home and proceeded to kidnap her child without just cause.'

WikiLeaks Reveals Secret Guantánamo Files, Exposes Detention Policy as a Construct of Lies

Well, the cat is now out of the bag, and Guantánamo will, hopefully, be closer to closure — and the lies that powerful Americans tell about it will, hopefully, be closer to silence — as a result. For the last few weeks, I’ve been working as a media partner with WikiLeaks, along with the Washington Post, McClatchy Newspapers, El Pais, the Daily Telegraph, Der Spiegel, Le Monde, Aftonbladet, La Repubblica and L’Espresso, navigating thousands of previously unseen documents about Guantánamo that were made available to the whistleblowing website last year, allegedly by Pfc Bradley Manning, who has been imprisoned for nearly a year by the US government, awaiting a trial.'

President Obama Makes a Fair Trial of Bradley Manning Impossible By Declaring Him Guilty

The credibility of the military justice system is being undermined by the prosecution of Bradley Manning. His abusive punishment without trial violates his due process rights; his harsh treatment in solitary confinement-torture conditions violates the prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment; and now the commander-in-chief has announced his guilt before trial making a fair trial impossible. A Bradley Manning exception to the Bill of Rights is developing as the Obama administration seeks Manning’s punishment no matter what constitutional protections they violate.

On Thursday April 21, 2011 in San Francisco a group of Bradley Manning supporters protested the prosecution of Manning at a Barack Obama fundraising event. One of Manning’s supporters was able to question the president directly afterwards and during the conversation, Obama said on videotape that Manning was guilty.'

Chavez Lends Support to Syrian Leader

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has thrown his weight behind Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and pointed a finger of blame at the West for recent unrests in the Middle Eastern country.

Chavez accused the United States and its allies of fomenting unrest and protests in Syria, arguing that Western powers were seeking to topple the Syrian government.

"Terrorists are being infiltrated into Syria and producing violence and death -- and once again, the guilty one is the (Syrian) president, without anyone investigating anything," AFP quoted Chavez as saying on Monday.'

Egyptians Want to End Deal with Israel

An opinion poll has shown that an overwhelming majority of Egyptians prefer that the country terminate a standing peace agreement with Israel.

The results of the poll, which was conducted by the United States-based Pew Research Center, came out on Monday, pointing to a 54% lean towards the scrapping of the Israel-Egypt Peace Treaty, the Associated Press reported. The poll surveyed 1,000 Egyptians countrywide between March 24 and April 7.

The 1979 deal saw Israeli troops withdraw from the Sinai Peninsula -- the part of the Egyptian territory, which Israel had occupied in 1967.'

'A Deep-Rooted Hatred of the British': How Israelis 'Armed Junta' in Falklands Conflict

Israel secretly provided arms and supplies to Argentina during the Falklands conflict, according to revelations in a new book.

Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin had such a deep-rooted hatred of the British that the Jewish state covertly became the biggest supplier of military equipment to the Argentine military junta.

Gas masks, radar alert systems, air-to-air missiles and fuel tanks for fighter bombers were sent from Tel Aviv to arm General Galtieri’s forces. The most audacious deal involved supplying 23 French-built fighter aircraft – Mirage IIICs – which were camouflaged with the insignia of Peru. But they arrived after the war was over.'

Homeland Security to Conduct Multi-State Earthquake Drill

Scenario: An earthquake that’s an 8.2 on the Richter scale strikes middle America. Can agents with the Department of Homeland Security keep their balance well enough to still perform pat-downs on six year olds? We’ll know by the end of next Thursday.

The New Madrid fault is the focus of the Department of Homeland Security (the first two years of the administration were focused completely on Bush’s fault), and Janet Napolitano and Arne Duncan are overseeing an earthquake preparedness test next week that will focus mostly on schools in the midwest.'

Alert: Whistleblowers Are Disappearing...Again

It's been in the news a lot recently. It's a pathetic statement of the state of affairs of today's cryptocracy.

It seems whistleblowers are not only being discouraged, and demonized, but disappeared.

Actually, what's new.

Forcibly removing any "dangerous opposition" has always been a fact of life in an evil, controlled world and extremely sad for the rest of us who witness this expected response. But despite today's Orwellian dystopia the word is getting out, fast and furious.

It makes a difference every time any one of us blows the whistle on these controllers and their schemes. Truth will win out in the long run. And once you know it you gotta tell it, and live it.'

Financial Heist of the Century: Confiscating Libya's Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWF)

On January 20 Layas informed the U.S. ambassador in Tripoli that LIA had deposited $32 billion in U.S. banks. Five weeks later, on February 28, the U.S. Treasury “froze” these accounts. According to official statements, this is "the largest sum ever blocked in the United States," which Washington held "in trust for the future of Libya." It will in fact serve as an injection of capital into the U.S. economy, which is more and more in debt. A few days later, the EU "froze" around 45 billion Euros of Libyan funds.'

Britain, the Traitor Nation: Media Disinformation and Crimes against Humanity in Libya

The significance of these olive skinned humans are as grains of sand. But it is over in a flash. 'So humane, so why refer to the brothers and the fathers?' A millisecond or two after the armour is punctured by uranium depleted of U235 alone, the fireball cremates the crew within a few more milliseconds.

The minute solid particles resulting from combustion of the U238 with its infinite half life of 4.5 billion years rise in the thermals above the blistered tank. Some will settle, and some will stay in the air at all levels, eventually dispersing in every direction. Inhalation will ensure the most intimate contact with the cells of all mammals. The ionizing radiation of the germ cells in ovary or testis will lead to birth deformity as witnessed as an epidemic by the mothers and doctors in Fallujah.

The plans for the evisceration of Libya were long laid by the vultures. War Crimes Charges Anyone?: New Exposé of Big Oil’s Role in the Iraq War

First Responder - 'We Were Nuked on 9-11'

It is funny how the powers-that-be hide the truth right under your nose, in plain sight. In the early 40s the "Manhattan Project" was started. Years later we all knew about the devastation of the first A-bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima. It turns out that no one could fathom that the government would build an Atom bomb right in downtown Manhattan.

Surely the Manhattan Project had to be in some far off, secretive place like Hanford,Washington, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, or Los Alamos, New Mexico . Well, the uranium and other elements were stored near Columbia University, West 20th Street and the West Side Highway, and in the Woolworth Building located at 233 Broadway.

We referred to the World Trade Center as being "Ground Zero".'

Did Aliens Establish a Primitive Postcode System in Ancient Britain?

Every single location in the UK is at the convergence of three or more ley lines between ancient monuments. As I type this, the line formed by the ancient Brill Earthworks and the Southam Holy Well crosses the line running through Morden Park Mound and the Leydene Ditches, pinpointing my precise current location. Not only that, but the ley line that crosses Small Down Knoll and the most renowned of all ancient sites, Stonehenge, also goes right through my house.

It's as though prehistoric Britons built monumental sites as a form of "ancient postcode".'

Set up with the backing of Tony Blair, then the Prime Minister, and run by a group of British MPs and peers the organisation, Globe International, started life as an All Party Group based in the House of Commons.

It is now run as an international climate change lobbying group flying its supporters and experts club class to international summits to push its agenda. Last year, it said, it spent around £500,000 flying its supporters to these meetings.'

Scientists Target Drugs That Improve Behaviour

A pill to enhance moral behaviour, a treatment for racist thoughts, a therapy to increase your empathy for people in other countries — these may sound like the stuff of science fiction but with medicine getting closer to altering our moral state, society should be preparing for the consequences, according to a book that reviews scientific developments in the field.

Drugs such as Prozac that alter a patient’s mental state already have an impact on moral behaviour, but scientists predict that future medical advances may allow much more sophisticated manipulations.'

House Resolution Provides Israel Impunity for Gaza Crimes

The UN Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict found that Israel committed violations of human rights and international law, war crimes and possible crimes against humanity before, during, and after "Operation Cast Lead," Israel's Dec. 2008 to Jan. 2009 onslaught against the Gaza Strip, which killed more than 1,400 Palestinians.

Even before the fact-finding mission was established, and ever since, the Obama Administration and Congress have worked hard to discredit the UN mission and prevent the international community from acting upon its findings.

Now, the House of Representatives is upping the ante by considering a resolution to withhold payment of U.S. dues to the UN until it retracts the final report of the fact-finding mission.'

Australia: America's Puppet State by John Pilger

Anzac Day has been appropriated by those who manipulate the cult of state violence - militarism - in order to satisfy a psychopathic deference to foreign power and to pursue its aims. And the “legend” has no room for the only war fought on Australian soil: that of the Aboriginal people against the European invaders. In a land of cenotaphs, not one stands for them.

The modern war-lovers have known no street of screams and despair. Their abuse of our memory of the fallen, and why they fell, may be common among all servitors of rapacious power, but Australia is a special case. No country is more secure in its strategic remoteness and the wealth of its resources, yet no western elite is more eager to talk war and seek imperial “protection”.'

‘The Palestine Cables’: Obama Killed Off Independent U.N. Investigation Into Israeli War Crimes in Gaza

A report was published in May 2009 on nine incidents where U.N. facilities were attacked by Israel. The full report was never published, although a summary of the U.N. report stated that the "Government of Israel is responsible for the deaths and injuries that occurred within the United Nations premises" in seven of the nine incidents investigated.

A number of recommendations were made for further follow-up, which included seeking compensation from Israel and seeking public statements from Israel that allegations of Palestinian fighters firing from within UNRWA facilities were unfounded. The most controversial recommendation included in the report was the call for an "impartial inquiry" into violations of international humanitarian law. But the possibility of that inquiry was quashed in the cover letter to the summary of the report, written by Ki-Moon. "As for the Board's recommendations numbers 10 and 11 [which called for further inquiries], which relate to matters that did not largely fall within the Board of Inquiry's Terms of Reference, I do not plan any further Inquiry," Ki-Moon wrote.

And despite Moon's insistence at a press conference that the work of the board of inquiry was "completely independent," State Department cables tell a much different story of U.S. pressure on Moon to kill off the possibility of an independent investigation.'
