  3. she voted FOR the bailout though... so this speech is exactly that, bullshit. Until the American people learn to NEVER vote Republican, Democrat, or Republican... this will NEVER get better. It will continually go worse and worse and worse. Then she's talking about good paying jobs in America... but she'd done NOTHING to bring good jobs to America. But America also bears some responsibility, because they kept voting for the same incumbents again and again. They're too cowardly to try something new, and to get RID of these two multinational corporate fascist parties. Furthermore, being that we're the U.S.A., we've been saying to the world how great and innovative we are, talking about the American spirit, and American know how, and American blah blah blah... But if we're so great, then why haven't we innovated anything in the last several years? If we're so great, then why is it that we need all those manufacturing jobs? Manufacturing?? Making staplers, and toys, and cars, and, power tools, and the like???? WHO do you know, who even majored in anything other than business, communications, law, or medicine?? We crank out more engineering and high tech college graduates than any country on Earth, and guess what.... VERY FEW OF THEM ARE AMERICAN. Where's the innovation? Where's the WILL??? I've been all over America, and was born and raised in a steel mill town, and I can tell you this... those jobs ... GONE. FOREVER... It is the responsibility of Americans to roll with this and move into the future. The "green" retrofitting of America, and the move towards energy independence IS the future. But I really don't see anybody getting down with this program, and the jobs it can create on a LOCAL level. You've ALL got towns that need it, and anyone can sell, install, middleman, trade, ship, store, or manufacture the goods and services. But seriously... there's only yay many hammers that need making, and there's already MORE than enough for each man, woman, and child to have a COLLECTION of hammers. Consumption is NOT the way... savings and sacrifice is what holds the key to creating the capital for investment in a large economy.
