Pakistani Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has termed the US incursions into the country's tribal belt as an 'act of terrorism'. A joint session of the parliament would be called soon to discuss the issue, Gilani told reporters at the Prime Minister House on Wednesday. He added that the PPP-led government wants to unite all the political parties over 'this national issue of sovereignty', Geo reported. Gilani's comments come after eight people were killed in a US drone strike at a house in the volatile northwest region of the country. The incident took place about midnight on Tuesday near the town of Mir Ali in North Waziristan.
