    Imagine if l was stopped by this parade and TEACHER riding my bike without a helmet, which l do sometimes.

    "When l was a little boy the schoolyard was the ONLY place l was allowed to wander around period....
    WHY are you children wandering the streets and not in the schoolyard where you should be??"

    The red faced TEACHER wouldn't dare to respond,
    l know.
