Archbishop Louis Urshalimi made the remark in a meeting with Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Roknabadi.
Urshalimi said despite Cairo's ties with Tel Aviv, Coptics in Egypt have so far refused to recognize the Israeli regime as a state.'
