Sometimes, it makes more sense to talk to people nicely, you will often get your way then. When you start to get aggressive and use excessive force, see what happens. Common sense should dictate to you that when you are civil to people, they will be civil, or are more likely to be civil towards you. Looks like they put the people with very low IQ on the police force.
Your job is to "protect and serve", not "brutalise and kill" or maybe that should be their new motto.
Each time I see things like this, I have to ask myself, why would anyone want to live in that hellhole? Seriously.
