A pledge to safeguard the right to protest as part of the "new politics" promised by the coalition Government will be undermined today as a legal challenge begins to remove peace protesters camping outside Parliament.

As part of a Queen's Speech that vowed to restore lost freedoms and civil liberties, David Cameron's administration said it would allow "members of the public to protest peacefully without fear of being criminalised". However, The Independent understands that No 10 was aware of a plan by Boris Johnson, the Mayor of London, to use the courts to remove protesters from Parliament Square.'

Death Of The Internet: Unprecedented Censorship Bill Passes in UK

A draconian Internet censorship bill that has been long looming on the horizon finally passed the house of commons in the UK yesterday, legislating for government powers to restrict and filter any website that is deemed to be undesirable for public consumption.

The “Digital Economy Bill” was rushed through parliament in a late night session last night after a third reading.

In the wake of the announcement of a general election on May 6, the government has taken advantage of what is known as the “wash-up process”, allowing the legislative process to be speeded up between an election being called and Parliament being dissolved.

Only a pitiful handful of MPs (pictured above) were present to debate the bill, which was fully supported by the “opposition” Conservative party, and passed by 189 votes to 47 keeping the majority of its original clauses intact.'

MPs Plan 'Wife Swap' to Get Round New Expenses Rules

The wives, husbands and other family members currently employed at the tax-payers' expense plan to apply for jobs with other MPs as a way of dodging the guidelines expected to be recommended by Sir Christopher Kelly next month.

Sir Christopher, the chairman of the committee on standards in public life, has been tasked with drawing up tough new rules to stop MPs abusing their allowances and expenses after the Daily Telegraph exposed widespread wrong-doing earlier this year.

Swine Flu Jab Link to Killer Nerve Disease: Leaked Letter Reveals Concern of Neurologists Over 25 Deaths in America

A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.


The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, has been leaked to The Mail on Sunday, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.

MPs Planning to Use Taxpayers' Money to Pay for Childcare

John Bercow, the Speaker, is backing plans for the Commons to offer a "short-term, short-notice" child-minding service for MPs.

The "core funding" of the new childcare service is to come from public money. Members will also pay a fee for using the service.

Activists Occupy the Empty Brentford Home of MPs Anne & Alan Keen

Activists have moved into the vacant home of MP couple Anne and Alan Keen, also known as "Mr and Mrs Expenses", who were recently caught up in the MPs expenses row for claiming for two second homes. The home, not one that the couple were claiming for, has been empty for nearly a year and was previously undergoing renovation work.

Activists, who found their way in through an open window, say they have occupied the house in protest at the number of people who the government cannot find accomodation for while homes go empty and MPs claim taxes for themselves.

Whips Accused of Secret Plot to Make Beckett Next Speaker

The race to become the most powerful Commons Speaker in modern history is being undermined by party whips who are trying to install Margaret Beckett as their anti-reform candidate.

Senior Labour figures have been accused of colluding with Conservatives to ensure that Mrs Beckett is elected today. Police Rule out Broad Inquiry Over MPs' Expenses

Senior police and prosecutors have announced they will not launch criminal investigations into more than 100 MPs over their apparent abuse of parliamentary expenses.

The Crown Prosecution Service and the Metropolitan police said today that after examining "numerous cases" they found there was no prospect of a fraud conviction in any of them because there was no evidence that the individuals involved misled the Commons fees office.

Tory MP Sir John Butterfill Paid no Tax on £600,000 House Profit

For five years, Sir John submitted regular claims under the second home allowance for the cost of running his six-bedroom country house, which had a swimming pool and extensive grounds. He claimed £17,000 on servants’ quarters alone.

At the time, he designated a small flat in his Bournemouth constituency, bought for £56,000, as his “main home”.

When he sold the country property for £1.2 million in 2005, however, he informed HM Revenue & Customs that it was his “primary residence”, meaning he was exempt from capital gains tax.

Echoes Of Germany

I see echoes of Germany in the 1920/30s in our country today. The powerful multi-national corporations and banks hold sway, the public are dissatisfied with their Parliament, which has been run badly by the ineffective three in one main parties, who handed over most of it’s legislative power to the EU.

The situation is ripe for someone to gain complete power and control, using the Civil Contingencies Act 2004, and the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre, in conjunction with the terrorist legislation, to sweep away our democratic bodies, take power away from the people, and tyrannise the country using the surveillance apparatus already in operation.

We have brutal police units not afraid to harm to public, and another foreign military police unit (Ugendfor) waiting in Vincenza, Italy to ‘help’ our police in cases of civil unrest.

The public who have been robbed and taxed to the hilt by their own government, local councils, bank credit crunch and privatised utilities, have now been whipped to boiling point, by media disclosure of corrupt politicians seemingly immune from prosecution, and do not need much of a push to punish a scapegoat chosen by someone and publicised.

The public are losing jobs to foreign workers, unemployment is rife, and the never-ending stream of foreign nationals coming to Britain are putting pressure on public services, disadvantaging many.

Given that it is entirely possible that this situation has been orchestrated by evil people, who consider themselves a cut above the sheeples, and taking many years to come to fruition.

How do we stop the situation turning into another holocaust?

I consider the BNP to be a mere distraction, allowed to fluorish to focus minds away from the real movers.

British people are quite informed about the origins of the EU, Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, Committee of 300, Institute of International Affairs, Chatham House etc, and they are not impressed by these secretive manipulative bodies, because many of them have their roots in Corporate Nazism.

For years the powerful pharmaceutical companies (children of I G Farben) again gaining power, have been busy poisoning our food, medicines, vaccines, and water. (Sodium Benzoate, Aspartame, Fluoride, Monosodium Glutamate, and other Food additives), while squeezing out natural products under Codex Alimentarius.

Chemicals used in manufactured products, on our food, and on the land have been causing damage to human beings and their health.

Many illnesses today can be traced to these things, and our governments, and the health service are gradually withdrawing help and treatment for them, hiding behind quangos and distancing themselves from the decisions made, in true Marxist stake holding tradition.

The World Bank and IMF have been gradually gaining their stranglehold on the world, in the same way the Rothschild’s gained power over royalty in past times, by loaning them money, to gain power over them. Just as the German founded European Central Bank, and European Investment Bank have done, funded by the taxpayers of Europe who they have been bleeding dry. They do this by attaching conditionalities to the loans, and performing virtual coups d’etat on the countries or organisations they loan to. Their global Free Market Economic Policy (Golden Straitjacket) has done it’s job, by concentrating the wealth at the top, and removing it from ordinary people, just as it was designed to do, handing great wealth power to elites, and impoverishing the majority.

America is not blameless in all this, as the escaped Nazis who fled Europe after WWII, were given sanctuary and jobs, helped by Rockefeller and large multinational interests. Many being employed by the government on science projects. They changed their names to protect their origins. Many others escaped to Argentina, and most were helped by the Vatican rat runs. George W Bush’s government was not the only Nazi led government in America over the years, in part explaining America’s aggressive militaristic nature.

Bush put through America’s enabling act - The Patriot Act, and also the Military Commissions Act, bypassing the protections of the American Constitution, and Britain and American people are now facing a tough time, as their rulers close down their societies ready for the Corporate Fascist Regime which will surely follow.

Fascist Regimes do not suddenly occur, they build up to suppression while maintaining a semblance of normality on the surface, while they place their chess pieces to strike all at once.

I believe we are very close to the tipping point in Britain at the present time.

Zionist Miliband: Democracy at Risk

Britain faces a “dangerous month for our democracy”, David Miliband, the foreign secretary, said on Sunday.

His warning came amid signs that the row over Westminster expenses could translate into rising support for fringe parties in June’s elections.

Mr Miliband admitted there was a risk that people could lose faith with democracy, as a poll suggested that Labour’s vote in the European elections could tumble to 17 per cent – on a par with the UK Independence party.

Renewed allegations of abuse of the Westminster system emerged last night when it was claimed that the parliamentary authorities gave permission for some MPs to over-claim for thousands of pounds in home loan interest.

MPs' expenses: shoot them or jail them – public is after revenge

It was fortunate that Andrew MacKay did not encounter one of his elderly constituents when the Conservative MP defied growing public fury to show his face in Bracknell town centre yesterday.

"I can see ordinary people going round with shotguns and shooting them all," said a pensioner in this industrious Berkshire town. She was so enraged by MPs' expenses, she said, that she was tempted to shoot the Speaker herself.

The days when Dick Turpin reputedly rested up in a pub where this new town now sprawls have long gone. But voters outside Westminster are increasingly convinced that their representatives have got away with daylight robbery.

As Keith Rogers put it in Sleaford, where Conservative MP Douglas Hogg belatedly agreed to pay back £2,200 spent cleaning his moat: "This is not politics. It's theft. MPs' allowances are more than most people's wages in Lincolnshire."

When MPs returned to their weekly surgeries and other duties in their constituencies yesterday, they encountered a landscape transformed by revelations about their expenses. The cynicism of many voters towards Westminster had been replaced by something much more engaged, but also far more enraged.

Reclaiming Our Sovereignty

Once again, we have reached a crossroads in our history. We are confronted with an enemy that would destroy our nation and its people. We have some hard decisions to make - each of us, individually. Are you prepared to make them?

In order to win, we must be prepared to tell the truth about our plight to fellow Britons, the majority of whom exist in an awareness vacuum or a state of abstract denial.

We cannot go to war without an army and ‘Wanted – 1 million rebellious Britons’ is the foundation to building that army. We know that millions of our fellow countrymen and women share our views but most have been rendered impotent, convinced that there is nothing that we (the majority) can do to challenge the authority of a duplicitous minority.

Our task is to cajole, encourage, persuade, prod, push and insist that the nation rally to our cause and sign up to lawful rebellion as the only means by which we can now take back control of our country.

An honest majority can impose their will, peacefully and lawfully, on the dishonest minority - if they have the collective will to do so. It is our challenge, indeed our duty, to rally the nation around this cause.

We need ordinary Britons in their masses to unite behind our campaign. We need to invoke our Constitution, restate our right to govern ourselves and educate a dumbed-down populous to the reality of their virtual enslavement - a harsh fact that few will recognise or are prepared to accept as true despite overwhelming evidence.

We are over-regulated, over-taxed, spied on, burdened by bureaucracy and political correctness, to the extent that we are even told the words and phrases that we can and cannot utter. Thieves, muggers and drug dealers escape with meaningless cautions, whilst the law abiding majority are fined and harassed by a militia-like officialdom who themselves take orders from compliant and controlled strata of middle mangers with an inflated sense of self-importance, hand-picked for their enthusiasm for social engineering and their busy-body mentality.

These people must be challenged; made to realise that they are working to an agenda of destruction, in which moral values are abandoned, families devalued and society fragmented and manipulated. Whilst we are all caught up and distracted in the chaos so inflicted, the way is clear for the power elites to build their edifice from which they can look down and control us.

Each one of us should know and take heart that we are pushing back the tide of deceit. The elite’s plans are exposed - never before has the collective political establishment (the puppets of the elite) been so despised and distrusted.

We know our enemies’ strengths and we know they are enormously powerful, but we also know their weaknesses. We know that ultimately our power once harnessed is much greater than theirs. Our power so harnessed is their greatest fear.

Our power comes from our numbers and our ability to funnel these into a single campaign with the objective of taking back control. Our ability to harness this power comes from our preparedness to tell the truth about our predicament, to alert the wider public and fire their passion for freedom and true democracy. They know they are being conned by a dishonest and self-serving elite, they just need to know that there is a way in which they can be empowered. We must offer the direction and inspiration for others to follow. It is up to YOU to carry that message to the wider audience.

If you are willing to play a part in reclaiming our national sovereignty then you will need to grasp the truth of the situation, which is that the three main political parties are controlled by a global elite… whose agenda will not be disrupted one iota by elections, no matter who wins. The Brown, Cameron, Clegg show is just that… a play in which the actors create an illusion that they are in charge, but in reality it is the directors behind the scenes, hidden from our view, who are firmly in control and who will not be revealed to us until the final curtain falls – by which time it will be too late.

We are calling for our Constitution to be reinstated and our laws to be upheld, but even these are useless in the face of tyranny and oppression – ultimately they require the people to stand up and defend them.

Labour Peer Baroness Uddin Claims £100,000 Expenses on Empty Flat

A LABOUR peer who lives in the East End of London has claimed about £100,000 in parliamentary expenses on a flat in Kent that neighbours say has been unoccupied for years.

Baroness Uddin, who worked closely with Tony and Cherie Blair, has been claiming allowances intended for peers living outside London although she resides only four miles from the Lords.

Inquiries by The Sunday Times have established that the baroness bought a two-bedroom flat in Maidstone in 2005 and has named it as her main home to claim almost £30,000 a year in accommodation expenses from the House of Lords.

Residents from the five other flats in the same block as Uddin’s property all say they have never seen her there. They could see through the windows that the bedrooms were unfurnished.
