EU Shapes Up For Battle With Tories Over New Treaty

Foreign leaders believe a Tory win in the general election could prove to be the biggest obstacle to French and German plans to give Brussels sweeping new powers to police national economies.

Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor, insisted changes to the Lisbon Treaty were needed to introduce the measures and in order to prevent another Greek crisis.

She insisted an incoming Conservative government would not be allowed to use new treaty negotiations to ask for powers to be returned to Britain. She challenged the Tory leader to defy the might of Berlin, and the EU.'

Britain: the Depth of Corruption by John Pilger

The theft of public money by members of parliament, including government ministers, has given Britons a rare glimpse inside the tent of power and privilege. It is rare because not one political reporter or commentator, those who fill tombstones of column inches and dominate broadcast journalism, revealed a shred of this scandal. It was left to a public relations man to sell the “leak”. Why?

The answer lies in a deeper corruption, which tales of tax evasion and phantom mortgages touch upon but also conceal. Since Margaret Thatcher, British parliamentary democracy has been progressively destroyed as the two main parties have converged into a single-ideology business state, each with almost identical social, economic and foreign policies. This “project” was completed by Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, inspired by the political monoculture of the United States. That so many Labour and Tory politicians are now revealed as personally crooked is no more than a metaphor for the anti-democratic system they have forged together.

Israel: The Kingdom of Lies

Racism is common to most and probably all societies. Laws never seem entirely to eliminate it. It was the essential tool in the creation of modern settler states. The United States could not have come into existence without the obliteration of North American Indian cultures and of large numbers of the people themselves. They had to die so the US could be born. In Australia the indigenous people of Tasmania were wiped out to the last man, woman and child, while on the mainland the tribes were massacred, confined, stripped of their ancestral land and eventually turned into fringe dwellers. Until recently Australia had a prime minister who could deny that aboriginal children of mixed ‘blood’ were taken from their parents up to the 1930s and refused to issue any expression of remorse for their mistreatment. More recent targets of racism have been Lebanese and Vietnamese immigrants, while the Howard federal government’s racist treatment of Iraqi and Afghan refugees and asylum seekers remains one of the most shameful chapters of Australia’s history.

Britain Has Bloody Hands in Zimbabwe

We should not be surprised, for British indifference to the plight of the Africans in Southern Rhodesia, and later Zimbabwe, goes back more than a century. Cecil Rhodes's company stole land and cattle from them without compensation – actions later sanctioned by the British government. In the 1950s, Britain set up the Central African Federation, including Northern Rhodesia (Zambia) and Nyasaland (Malawi), and allowed it to rule on a racist agenda ("the partnership of the rider and the horse", to quote its prime minister, Sir Roy Welensky).

We did nothing to prevent Ian Smith declaring unilateral independence in 1965, when we had the power to do so – I was there at the time and wrote a report, which I later heard had gone to a cabinet committee chaired by the Foreign Secretary, showing how we could end the rebellion.

Vision & Sacrifice

Old Soldier Takes MP Ann Keen to Court For Being 'Lazy'

Labour MP has become the first to be sued by a constituent for 'laziness'.

Health Minister Ann Keen - who has raked in £660,000 in taxpayer-funded expenses since 2001 - was taken to court over claims she snubbed a war veteran's pleas for help.

She was ordered to pay £15,000 in damages to 84-year-old John Taylor, who was badly wounded while fighting in Holland during the Second World War.

The front-bencher was accused of failing to represent the pensioner in his battle to clear his name after a miscarriage of justice 47 years ago.

Foreign Workers Win Olympic Jobs: 1 in 3 Employed at Key 2012 Site is From Abroad

Nearly a third of workers at the Olympic site in London are foreigners, official figures reveal.

They show that just 63 per cent of the 3,315 workers on the Olympic Park are British and eight per cent are Irish. The remaining 29 per cent are foreign workers, half of whom hail from non-EU countries.

The Olympic Delivery Authority has pledged to employ local people, creating a skills legacy for East London in line with Gordon Brown's promise of 'British jobs for British workers'.

But yesterday contractors on the £9.3billion project said that the sudden downturn meant they were having to move existing workers to the 2012 site to prevent redundancies, and so had been unable to hire local workers.

But the Mail has learnt that Olympic jobs offering salaries of up to £65,000 are currently being advertised abroad to foreign workers.

Israel Instructs Britain to 'Stop' Iran

'Israel has demanded that the UK stop Iran from 'changing the face of the Middle East' by preventing it from obtaining a 'nuclear bomb'. Council Ranks Term 'British' With 'Negroes' And Bans It In Case It Upsets Scots, Welsh and Minorities

The word ‘British’ can be as offensive as ‘negro’ and ‘half-caste’, according to a race relations body.

The publicly-funded organisation’s views have been adopted by Caerphilly council in South Wales for a leaflet advising staff on how to deal with the public.

In a section on what words or phrases not to use to avoid causing offence, the leaflet solemnly informs the council’s 9,000 workers: ‘The idea of “British” implies a false sense of unity – many Scots, Welsh and Irish resist being called British and the land denoted by the term contains a wide variety of cultures, languages and religions.’

The suggestion the word ‘British’ should be avoided appears alongside similar sections which warn that ‘half-caste’ implies ‘a person is not whole and so should be avoided’ and that ‘negro’ has ‘racist overtones and is linked with the slave trade’.

The man behind the advice is former Labour minister Ron Davies – who lost his Cabinet job in 1998 after what he described as a ‘moment of madness’, when he was robbed after meeting a man on Clapham Common, a well-known gay haunt.

He has been the head of Valleys Race Equality Council (Valrec) for five years. Valrec is funded by councils and the Commission for Racial Equality and it pays Mr Davies £27,000 a year.

Constitution: The fundamental law, written or unwritten, that establishes the character of a government by defining the basic principles to which a society must conform.

Statute; A legislative rule of society given the force of law by the consent of the governed, an established law or rule, as of a corporation.

From neuter of Latin Status: Law the; legal character or condition of a person or thing:
Enforced by: Statutory instruments and using statutory penalties.

Society; In the civil law, by society is meant a partnership, a society is a number of persons united together by mutual consent, in order to deliberate, determine, and act jointly for some ‘common purpose’.

Law; A rule of conduct or procedure established by custom, agreement, or authority.

Legislative; Of or relating to the enactment of laws.

Statutory: Created, defined, or relating to a statute; required by statute; conforming to a statute.

Instrument; a written legal document such as a contract, lease, deed, will or bond

Penalty; Something, especially a sum of money, required as a forfeit for an offense.

Forfeit; Something surrendered or subject to surrender as punishment for a breach of contract.

A statutory penalty, for example, is punishment in the form of a fine, prison sentence, or both, that is imposed against an offender for committing some statutory violation.
People of certain persuasion say that we must always live in a ‘society’ with a constitution written or un-written; persons united together by mutual consent, in order to deliberate, determine, and act jointly for some ‘common purpose’, a partnership that requires consent from all parties.

A partnership with a ‘common purpose’ for a ‘society’; the socially dominant members of a ‘community’.

The constitutional (statute) law of this country and the society that we have been forced to live in, has been created over hundreds of years with the manipulation of statute law. Simply to fool the people into giving their consent to law that is, specifically designed, to extract money from them to maintain the 'rule makers' social dominance. Their legal fictitious standing in a society they have created, that is only beneficial to that fictitious dominant element. A false partnership that only works one way built on a foundation of complete corruption, manipulation and deceit, and most importantly ‘slavery’.

Lets take council tax as an example; council tax is a statutory instrument that came into force on 1st April 93. The statute that created this was the Local Government Finance Act 1992. This is a created legal document; a contract, a monetary contract that needs your consent!

Have you consented to this and if you did where did you sign?

When you do not pay you suffer a penalty, a forfeit by way of money, your goods or your liberty, surrendered as punishment for breach of contract.

How can this apply if you did not consent? Or did you without realising it? (More on this later)

Historians and constitutional experts will tell you that parliament was devised to give the people a voice, the house’s of representation, where the members are the representatives of the people, enacting laws on behalf of the people, under the mandate of the people, asserted by a general election, to the overall majority party winning the election.

1. An act by which one individual empowers another individual to conduct transactions for an individual in that person's name.

2. From the very term of the definition, that the parties, should voluntarily intend to enter into the contract.

This is what the historians have been employed to do, to hide the real truth.

The members of parliament are a corporation registered on Dunn and Bradstreet: as a ‘for profit’ organisation. When you vote in an election all you do is elect new directors to head up this corporation. Please do not take my word for this check it out for yourselves. MP’s are basically salesmen working for the corporation and the one simple golden rule of salesmanship is to make the person you are selling too, believe, they need what you have for sale. This is over seen by the corporation advocates (lawyers, Barristers) to make sure the contracts are fulfilled on behalf of the corporation using the judiciary. One of these advocates was Tony Blair who became prime minister. Mr Blair studied law at ‘oxford’ before becoming a lawyer. Some of the directors are employed purposely as opposition to maintain the illusion of representation to make you 'think' the government work for you.

Political parties were designed to achieve this offering the MP’s everything they required to allow them to maintain, they will be in the socially dominant part of society. This is done with great ease relying on a simple weaknesses of human kind; greed. By using the egotistic, materialistic world, with their illusion of betterment within this world.
