Following a 7.4-magnitude earthquake that jolted Japan's Miyagi prefecture on Thursday, the government has issued a tsunami warning for the northeast coast.
On Thursday a 7.4-magnitude earthquake hit 25 miles (40 kilometers) under the water and off the coast of the quake and tsunami-hit Miyagi prefecture.
