Decision To Cancel NASA Seismic-Tracking Radar Satellite Was Made Top-Down
According to a senior U.S. intelligence official, the decision by President Obama to cancel the DESDynI LIDAR and radar satellites, that would have tracked earthquake and volcanic activities from space, was not the work of some accountant hack at the Office of Management and Budget.
