Without reading it firstly, l thought it was the general idea of how a potential face & body lift would look like for the dinosaur in picture A, then using advanced computer image alteration in picture B, abracadabra, there is the after result that dinosaur A would hopefully expect after a bit of shapeshifting surgery.
