Australia's Plan For Teenage Boot Camps


Every Victorian state school student will be forced to spend at least two weeks away from home to ready them for adult life under a $208 million education program unveiled by Premier John Brumby today.

Watched by Labor heavyweights, including Prime Minister Julia Gillard, at the party's state election campaign launch in Bendigo this morning, Mr Brumby said the program would send year 9 students on a living-away-from-home program for at least two weeks.

City children would experience life in the country, while country children could spend time in the city, he said.'

  1. Holy effing poop! Now THIS one shocked me big time. I know a lot of Aussies will not take at all kindly to this at all.

    I wonder if that means Canadian kids have the same to look for since the two nations are in lock step on so much of this NWO horror.

    Maybe THIS will wake them up. Aussies are, on the whole, as blind as Canucks. Otherwise we would have had Harper ousted ages ago.
