It seems that every day just bring a new disaster. This is just disastrous.
I saw this earlier. There really should be more flood defences around America and places where there is just so much water.Anyway, what happened to the houses on stilts? That was a really good design for flood prone areas. I saw that on a documentary about flooding once.The strategy over there is obviously weak, each day brings anothe new disaster with no contingency plan, it is quite tiring after a while.
