Dr. Fredrick Toben, perhaps the best known historical revisionist outside of prison walls today was convicted last week of "contempt of court," enabling the Australian JEWdicial system to make him another martyr for the cause, but not before the Jewish media attempt to destroy Dr. Toben's hard fought for credibility among the world's truth seekers. For those familiar with how the Jewish media works this comes as no surprise, they did the exact same thing with Bishop Williamson last month, insisting that he had apologized for his views on the holocaust, when in fact nothing of the kind ever happened, he apologized to the Catholic Church and the Pope for bringing them the negative attention of the Jewish media and nothing more.

Holocaust Denier Toben Convicted in Australia

An alleged Holocaust denier wanted in Germany was found guilty of criminal contempt in Australia Thursday for defying court orders to stop publishing offensive material on the Internet.

Gerald Frederick Toben, 64, was convicted in the Federal Court on 24 counts of contempt of court after continuing to publish material about Jews and the Holocaust on his Adelaide Institute website, despite 2002 orders to stop.

Judge Bruce Lander said Toben, who will be sentenced later this month, had steadfastly refused to comply with the law.

He did not accept that freedom of speech "does not include the freedom to publish material calculated to offend, insult or humiliate or intimidate people because of their race, colour or national or ethnic origin", the judge said.

Toben told reporters he did not regret his actions, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation reported.

"If you believe in something and you want to have that freedom to express your opinions then you should be prepared for sacrifices," he said.

Toben was arrested in Britain in October last year under a European Union arrest warrant issued by Germany but a bid by German authorities to have him extradited to face charges of Holocaust denial failed.

He faces charges in Germany of publishing material on the Internet "of an anti-Semitic and/or revisionist nature" which denies, approves of, or plays down the Holocaust.

Holocaust denial is a crime in Germany and offenders can face up to five years in jail.

Jewish Chronicle Opposes Thought Crime

n 1999, Mr Toben served a term of imprisonment in Germany after publishing pamphlets denying that mass murders of Jews were carried out at Auschwitz. Following his appearance before London magistrates earlier this month, a spokesperson for the Community Security Trust was quoted as having praised the action of the British authorities in executing the EU warrant and as having expressed the hope "that the German law will take its course".

I hope that nothing of the kind befalls Mr Toben. I hope that the extradition warrant is quashed, so that Mr Toben is once again free to roam the world denying the Holocaust to his heart's content. I also hope that not only will this kind of incident never happen again in this country, but that the British government will demand that German (and Austrian) laws criminalising Holocaust-denial are repealed at the earliest possible moment.

Fredrik Toben Wins UK Fight Over Extradition to Germany

AUSTRALIAN Holocaust denier Fredrik Toben has won his legal battle with the German Government after it ended its attempt to extradite him from Britain.
German prosecutors have withdrawn their appeal against a British court's refusal last month to extradite the controversial historian, who was detained at Heathrow airport on a European arrest warrant for denying the extent of Adolf Hitler's crimes against the Jews.
Dr Toben's solicitor Kevin Lowry-Mullins said early today that he had signed a consent order with the German Government to end the action against his client.
