Bernanke Admits Printing $1.3 Trillion Out Of Thin Air

Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke admitted the central bank created $1.3 trillion out of thin air to buy mortgage backed securities. This shocking admission came from the Joint Economic Committee hearing on Capital Hill last week. I was dumbfounded when I saw Bernanke shake his head in the affirmative as Representative Ron Paul said, “Well, where did you get the money? You created this money. So you did monetize debt, and that went into the banking system.” I was amazed he admitted this. I looked up the original hearing on C-Span to make sure the clip was not edited. It was not.

What is even more shocking is I could not find a single mainstream news agency that covered this revelation.'

German Central Bank Admits that Credit is Created Out of Thin Air

Most people think that banks lend solely from their base of deposits. Some also know that with fractional reserve banking, they can loan out many times more than they actually have in reserves.

But very few people – with the exception of those in the banking industry and financial experts – know where credit really comes from.

Germany’s central bank – the Deutsche Bundesbank (German for German Federal Bank) – has admitted in writing that banks create credit out of thin air.

As the Bundesbank states in a publication entitled “Money and Monetary Policy” (pages 88-93; translation provided by Google translate, but German speaker and economic writer Festan von Geldern confirmed the basic translation.'

US Schools: One Million Homeless Students, 40-50 Class Size, 100,000 Laid-off Teachers. Had Enough?

Unemployment in the US is at Great Depression levels. When discouraged and part-time workers are included, the real unemployment rate (how it used to be counted in official statistics) is over 20%. This has predictable outcomes for our children: one million homeless students, class sizes of 40-50 while 100,000 laid-off teachers sit at home, and our children's growing disgust with American so-called ingenuity and leadership.

The solution to this problem is obvious. Yup. Think with me for a few moments to understand this for yourself.

If You Read Nothing Else About the Financial Crisis Read (and Remember) This...

"The crash has laid bare many unpleasant truths about the United States. One of the most alarming, says a former chief economist of the International Monetary Fund, is that the finance industry has effectively captured our government—a state of affairs that more typically describes emerging markets, and is at the center of many emerging-market crises.

If the IMF’s staff could speak freely about the U.S., it would tell us what it tells all countries in this situation: recovery will fail unless we break the financial oligarchy that is blocking essential reform. And if we are to prevent a true depression, we’re running out of time."

Stress Tests Show 10 Big Banks Must Raise Total of $75 Billion

Three months of intense anticipation ended Thursday when the Obama administration said stress tests found that 10 of the largest U.S. banks will have to raise a total of $75 billion to prepare for losses that could come from a deepening recession.

Bank of America (BAC) will have to raise $33.9 billion; Wells Fargo (WFC), $13.7 billion; GMAC (GJM), $11.5 billion; and Citigroup (C), $5.5 billion, in the next six months. The results culminated an unprecedented process by the government to test the top 19 banks that control two-thirds of the nation's financial assets.

A Meditation on Our Monetary System: State of Permanent Siege

During the 20th Century the power shifted to the U.S., with the Rockefellers playing the dominant role as they continue to do today. It is no accident that J.P. Morgan Chase—the Rockefeller family bank—dominates the U.S. derivatives market; nor that Exxon-Mobil, the Rockefellers’ oil company, is the most profitable corporation in history.

The basic plan was to place all of mankind in a state of permanent mental and emotional siege so that in the end we would trade all our liberties to the controllers in return for protection; even freedom of thought would be traded for physical safety. That plan is well advanced. The sheeple have been prepared for the final shearing.

The End Of Money

As our world shakes and reels from the shock waves of the current financial crisis; there are still those who believe naively that what is now occurring is part of some cyclical `ebb and flow` in the evolution of the worlds financial markets, which will in time, begin to recover and once again, the good times will return.

I have some bad news for those `optimists`! There will be no recovery.

What is happening now is as David Icke has written at length, part of a grand strategy to create a New World Order, a `One World State` with a World Government, World Army, World Bank, World Currency, World Religion and a vastly reduced population of micro chipped slaves.

Money as we know it will soon cease to exist. In it's place will be `Electronic Money`, initially utilised via `Biometric ID Cards` being introduced at the moment in the UK and elsewhere, which in turn will be replaced by `Personal Microchips` replete with RFID technology.

This `progress` will be sold to the public on the basis of being to everyone's advantage. Never again will our children be vulnerable to `capture and abuse` for we will know where they are at all times (as will the State for the rest of their lives) and our `money` will be `un-stealable` (except by the State).

The Federal Reserve is Bankrupt

The Federal Reserve is bankrupt for all intents and purposes. The same goes for the Bank of England!

This article will focus largely on the Fed, because the Fed is the "financial land-mine".

How long can someone who has stepped on a landmine, remain standing hours, days? Eventually, when he is exhausted and his legs give way, the mine will just explode!

The shadow banking system has not only stepped on the land-mine, it is carrying such a heavy load (trillions of toxic wastes) that sooner or later it will tilt, give way and trigger off the land-mine!

Delusion and Denial

The Age of Delusion & Denial has entered the War on all fronts, and it must be dealt with if we are to find our way out of this labyrinth of hell-bent collapse.

We built our civilizations on unspoken thoughts of promise and on the hope for a better tomorrow. To that end we tried to learn from the past to avoid major mistakes. But once we began to worship only Money upon the Alters of Greed, we also began to cease creative thought or the building of our own worlds: Instead we seemed to uniformly embrace Destruction, War, and superficial Power, in an almost Holy write of passage, into secret worlds of darkness and intrigue.

This complete reversal disregarded anything of value, of substance, or humanity-in this nightmare race to turn the whole world upside down.

It's Time To Consider An Alternative Currency

In Russell Hoban's novel Riddley Walker, the descendants of nuclear holocaust survivors seek amid the rubble the key to recovering their lost civilisation. They end up believing that the answer is to re-invent the atom bomb. I was reminded of this when I read the government's new plans to save us from the credit crunch. It intends - at gobsmacking public expense - to persuade the banks to start lending again, at levels similar to those of 2007. Isn't this what caused the problem in the first place? Are insane levels of lending really the solution to a crisis caused by insane levels of lending?

Yes, I know that without money there's no business, and without business there are no jobs. I also know that most of the money in circulation is issued, through fractional reserve banking, in the form of debt. This means that you can't solve one problem (a lack of money) without causing another (a mountain of debt). There must be a better way than this.

Obama's Perilous Compromise with Wall Street Looters

President Obama has made an enormous mistake. Instead of cracking down on serial looters and complicit regulators, he wants to guarantee the financial sector's obligations, which are several times larger than America's economy.

This is a Ponzi scheme far beyond Bernie Madoff's imagination. Simply put: The government is breaking the rules of capitalism to reward the most reckless capitalists.

British Chancellor On Verge of 2nd Bailout For the Illuminati Bankers

Alistair Darling has been forced to consider a second bailout for banks as the lending drought worsens.
The Chancellor will decide within weeks whether to pump billions more into the economy as evidence mounts that the £37 billion part-nationalisation last year has failed to keep credit flowing.

David Icke: What is Money?

An excerpt from Radical Truth Knowledge and Revolution, the four-hour DVD of David's presentation before 2,000 people on an incredibly hot night (with no air conditioning!) in Los Angeles in October.

The Wall Street Ponzi Scheme Called Fractional Reserve Banking

Bernie Madoff showed us how it was done: you induce many investors to invest their money, promising steady above-market returns; and you deliver – at least on paper. When your clients check their accounts, they see that their investments have indeed increased by the promised amount. Anyone who opts to pull out of the game is paid promptly and in full. You can afford to pay because most players stay in, and new players are constantly coming in to replace those who drop out. The players who drop out are simply paid with the money coming in from new recruits.

The scheme works until the market turns and many players want their money back at once. Then it’s game over: you have to admit that you don’t have the funds, and you are probably looking at jail time.

Welcome to the world of Central Banks!
