In Denver this year there were 41 days of temps over 90 degrees. Last year there were 18. Global warming was expected to affect higher elevations, temperature wise, first. Which makes me wonder and question certain alternative news sites that consistently deny global warming even as it is happening and accelerating. Although these sites show expressively anti-global government agendas, perhaps they are using that format to formulate ignorance concerning the most important future concern that man will not be able to control and could be the end of civilization.
