What was this young woman trying to accomplish here by standing blowing bubbles over someone while someone else filmed it? If it was to embarrass it worked from both angles. His reaction was just as idiotic with his attitude in a dress code when he could of asked simply what she was doing this for? If it was to annoy which it looked like to me it worked, but all to her suprise it seems. The arrest was ridiculous however, but typical considering whats parading in the disguise of uniforms today....an attitude hookwinked in a system hoodwinked. While the mob on the inside of it all climb around summits of disguise for someones? future sake, and not for the all outside of it all.
