Canada ban: Galloway faces his accusers a Jewish Defence League (JDL) "Terrorist"

The decision to ban George Galloway from Canada seems odd, but now it emerges that the Jewish Defence League (JDL) pressured the Canadian Government to so the action takes on sinister connotations for Canada, why? Because the Jewish Defence League are according to the FBI a Terrorist Group. In its report, Terrorism 2000/2001, the FBI referred to the JDL as a "violent extremist Jewish organization". This "violent extremist Jewish organization" now it seems has power and influence over the Canadian Government.

George Galloway Banned From Canada

A Canadian spokesman confirmed that the Respect MP had been deemed inadmissible on national security grounds and would not be allowed into the country.
Galloway today branded the ban "idiotic" and vowed to fight the ruling with "all means" at his disposal. He is due to give a speech in Toronto on 30 March.

September 1, 2008It is with interest that I noticed a recent advertisement for the upcoming event; "An Evening with George Galloway", at the Orlandos Bar in Chorlton, Manchester and was interested to read that the tickets are costing people £35.00 each but was fascinated to find that the designation of the funds was absent from the publicity for the event.In light of the fact that the event is going to centre quite heavily around the issue of Iraq, as stated on the Manchester Events Guide website , I am hoping that the management team of Orlandos Bar and Mr. Galloway himself, will only see fit that the money raised from the evening, should go to assist the people of Iraq, after all it could be argued that without their suffering the event would not be taking place.
