The Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) ruled the adverts – which attracted 939 complaints - made exaggerated claims which went beyond mainstream scientific consensus.

Good, seems the tide is turning, I doubt if a government agency like the ASA would have defied Miliband in this way prior to Copenhagen and if an election was not upon us.
