Well the weather here in Melbourne l suspect is manipulated as l stated down below in my comment about Obamas memory problem, the forecast is so predictable windy and sunny or just sunny year round. Its a very rare thing to see a few days of non stop rain which was normal years ago, let alone one day of a good rainfall which hasn't happened for eons. l don't believe the weather forecasters no longer lm sure they use a crystal ball to forecast the weather now.
