California City Taxes Weed to Escape Deficit

Against the backdrop of budget deficits across the Golden State, the Californian city of Oakland votes yes to a proposal to tax the sale of medical marijuana.

Nearly 80 percent of Oakland voters endorsed the idea to make the city the first in the United States to impose taxes on medical marijuana proceeds.

To celebrate the approval, supporters hand-rolled marijuana cigarettes at Oaksterdam University where some students train to work in the marijuana industry.

War On The Citizens of Oakland

The above is one of the latest chapters in the government's war upon the citizens of Oakland. Mchserle, was a BART officer at the time of the shooting, and was operating under federal guidelines that more closely resemble those used by Blackwater in Iraq, than by anything related to the Constitutional protections supposedly guaranteed to all US citizens; when they are confronted by US law enforcement officers.

The incident happened on a BART platform, but that platform happened to be located in the City of Oakland: A city that has had its citizens under-siege by uniformed officers for several decades, during which time a large number of people have been severely injured or killed by police in that city-with virtually no consequences for the involved officers-primarily because of the state of siege mentality between "law enforcement" and the citizens of Oakland.

Government To The People: Drop Dead!

He had two jobs and had turned his life around. He also had many friends.



For any crime of this nature, committed by a civilian, a "police report" would be mandatory within hours of the event; especially when there were three videos of what happened. The officer's gun is in police custody, the officer is a FEDERAL police officer, as BART is a federal agency: So procedures should have been clearly followed immediately. Yet, it is now a week later and the officer has still not even been interviewed, according to the 'chief' of BART police. Yesterday he quit the force, so that he would not have to give his version of events: and this sparked the riots!
