Sudan's Response to ICC Arrest Warrant

"For us the ICC doesn't exist. We are not bound by its decisions and we are in no way going to cooperate with it. Indeed, the verdict that was announced today in The Hague does not deserve the ink used to print it. It is an insult to justice and it is a demonstration of the Euro-American justice which caused destruction in Iraq, Afghanistan and Gaza."

The International Criminal Court Overlooks Israel's War Crimes

The ICC prosecutor said in a statement Wednesday that the "court's jurisdiction is limited to war crimes, crimes against humanity and the crime of genocide committed on the territory of, or by a national of, a state party while Israel is not a member state.
