NIH Panel Foolishly Insists Alzheimer's Can't be Prevented (Are They Demented?)

An independent panel of supposed experts recently met at the National Institutes of Health near Washington, D.C., to discuss whether or not Alzheimer's Disease can be prevented through dietary and lifestyle changes. After evaluating a handful of studies that deal with the subject, the panel basically concluded that there is no way to avoid Alzheimer's Disease.

Either that, or they all forgot to bring their science notes and couldn't remember what to say, so they defaulted to their traditional "It's not proven" mantra and ended the conference early.'

Alzheimer's Drugs Cause Brain Damage and Actually Worsen Memory Loss

Big Pharma drugs that are being used on humans right now and promoted as potential treatments for Alzheimer's disease (AD) could cause the very brain damage and memory loss they are supposed to treat. That's the conclusion of University of California at San Diego (UCSD) scientists who just published their groundbreaking findings in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.'

Full Signal: Tune in to the Truth About Cells

Normally, I stay away from scary movies, but I couldn't resist going to the world premiere of a terrifying documentary called "Full Signal" last week at the Santa Fe Film Festival.

No blood, no Gore, just the electrifying truth. There are an estimated 4 billion cell phone users around the world, and that number is rapidly increasing. To give us the kind of connection we all crave, thousands and thousands of cell phone towers and antennas have been built and — as filmmaker Talal Jabari documents — hidden from view on rooftops and behind trees, disguised as chimneys and church spires, and kept as far under the regulatory radar as possible.

The problem is the electromagnetic field—the EMFs—created by all this constant connectivity disrupt our own normal cell activity and wind up making some of us very sick.

Can you hear me? Cancer? Alzheimer's? Brain tumors? Autism? Fertility impairment? Hormone disruptions? The list of health problems linked to EMF exposure and documented in "Full Signal" goes on and on, locally and globally, with more and more scientists, researchers and citizen activists from around the world sounding the alarm.'

Drugs Prescribed for Alzheimer's Disease Increase Mental Decline and Deaths

When people diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease (AD) " act up" and show signs of neuropsychiatric symptoms such as aggression and agitation, they are often given antipsychotic drugs. Now, it turns out, that's a practice that could be deadly. The result of a long-term study , just published online and in the February edition of The Lancet Neurology journal shows there's a large increased risk of severe side effects and death in patients receiving these medications. What's more, they hasten mental deterioration.

"High Doses of Vitamins Fight Alzheimer's Disease".

While we are on this thread of natural help for dis-ease isn't it timely that I just received this article about how "High Doses of Vitamins Fight Alzheimer's Disease".And now I am sharing it with you, for your education, and then you can ask your doctor why they aren't recommending them. Vitamin B3 is also used successfully for schizophrenia, rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis, reducing plaque of arteriosclerosis and cholesterol reduction. It has an excellent anti-inflammatory action.
(OMNS, December 9, 2008) The news media recently reported that "huge doses of an ordinary vitamin appeared to eliminate memory problems in mice with the rodent equivalent of Alzheimer's disease." They then quickly added that "scientists aren't ready to recommend that people try the vitamin on their own outside of normal doses." (1) In other words, extra-large amounts of a vitamin are helpful, so don't you take them! That does not even pass the straight-faced test. So what's the story?
