Israel Are The Real Terrorists
Israel’s Warped Self-justification For Murder
Israel brazenly lies, saying that Hamas broke the cease-fire when it was Israel that broke the cease-fire in November.
In Haaretz, Zvi Barel writes: "Six months ago Israel asked and received a cease-fire from Hamas. It unilaterally violated it when it blew up a tunnel, while still asking Egypt to get the Islamic group to hold its fire.
"Israel continues its propaganda, claiming that its attack on Gaza is in self-defence
. The Huffington Post reports, "A mother whose three school-age children were killed, and are piled one on top of the other in the morgue, screams and then cries, screams again and then is silent."
Self-defence?
The New York Times reported: "At Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, women wailed as they searched for relatives among bodies that lay strewn on the hospital floor.
"Self-defence?
While the world is busy attempting to assess the damage from the financial crisis, Israel decides that it's a fitting time to massacre 350 and injure another 1500 in Gaza.
Self-defence?
In its propaganda dissemination, Israelis have been getting instruction on how to paint Israel as angels and Hamas as devils. What makes Hamas Beelzebubs? They have sent 1000 rockets into Israel, killing four Israelis altogether.
Self-defence?
The Israeli navy attacked and rammed a humanitarian boat in international waters off the coast of Gaza, preventing it from delivering desperately needed medical supplies and treatment.
Self-defence?
Eva Bartlett (Canadian), International Solidarity Movement, reported from inside Gaza on 27 December: "Israeli missiles tore through a children's playground and busy market in Diyar Balah. We saw the aftermath – many were injured and some reportedly killed.”
Self-defence?
Ewa Jasiewicz (Polish and British), Free Gaza Movement, observed: "The morgue at the Shifa Hospital has no more room for dead bodies, so bodies and body parts are strewn all over the hospital."
Self-defence?
Sharon Lock (Australian), International Solidarity Movement, writing from Gaza: "This massacre is not going to bring security for the State of Israel or allow it to be part of the Middle East. Now calls of revenge are everywhere."
Self-defence?
Jenny Linnel (British), International Solidarity Movement, reporting from Gaza: "In front of our house we found the bodies of two little girls under a car, completely burnt. They were coming home from school."
Self-defence?
Nora Barrows-Friedman, Flashpoints Radio, says: "The people [in Gaza] are filled with panic and terror – and this comes after a prolonged siege that deprives them of needed food, medicine, clean water, electricity – the basics of life."
Self-defence?
Laila El-Haddad, a mother from Gaza, writes: "My father just called to inform me he was OK – after warplanes bombed the Islamic University there, considered to be the Strip's premier academic institution." They also bombed a mosque. Why would the Israeli Air Force bomb a place of learning and one of prayer?
Self-defence?
Justin Alexander, writing for the Economist, notes: “"Israel's past military responses to the rocket threat, although massively disproportionate, have ... been largely ineffective. It demolished buildings and levelled large areas of farmland in the northern part of Gaza to reduce the cover available for rocket crews. It fired over 14,000 artillery shells in 2006, killing 59 Palestinian civilians in the process, in what was framed as a preventive tactic to make it more difficult for rocket crews to operate.”
Self-defence?
Haaretz ran an article by Gideon Levy reporting: “Within the span of a few hours on a Saturday [27 December] afternoon, the IDF sowed death and destruction on a scale that the Qassam rockets never approached in all their years, and Operation 'Cast Lead' is only in its infancy."

Private Firm to Run Communications Super Database
But Sir Ken MacDonald, the former Director of Public Prosecutions, said the multibillion pound behemoth would prove a "hellhouse" of personal private information that would inevitably leak into the public domain regardless of the stringent safeguards promised by Government.
"This database would be an unimaginable hellhouse of personal private information. It would be a complete readout of every citizen's life in the most intimate and demeaning detail. No government of any colour is to be trusted with such a roadmap to our souls."

Lights Out in Gaza, News Blackout in US
Promoting a paradigm in which Israel is always David up against Goliath, the U.S. media presents suffering Palestinians as expendable for the greater cause of Israel winning its epic struggle. To justify U.S.'s carte blanche to Israel, the mainstream media restricts American readers to an echo chamber in which the following claims are repeated ad nausem until they are mistaken for fact:

The Wall Street Ponzi Scheme Called Fractional Reserve Banking
Bernie Madoff showed us how it was done: you induce many investors to invest their money, promising steady above-market returns; and you deliver – at least on paper. When your clients check their accounts, they see that their investments have indeed increased by the promised amount. Anyone who opts to pull out of the game is paid promptly and in full. You can afford to pay because most players stay in, and new players are constantly coming in to replace those who drop out. The players who drop out are simply paid with the money coming in from new recruits. The scheme works until the market turns and many players want their money back at once. Then it’s game over: you have to admit that you don’t have the funds, and you are probably looking at jail time.
Welcome to the world of Central Banks!

Two Dangerous Bush-Cheney Myths
As George W. Bush and Dick Cheney make their case for some positive legacy from the past eight years, two arguments are playing key roles: the notion that torturing terror suspects saved American lives and the belief that Bush’s Iraq troop “surge” transformed a disaster into something close to “victory.”The Twilight Zone
An unforeseen global crisis has erupted in Gaza with the declaration of 'All Out WAR' on the Palestinian people; and Obama hid behind a date on the calendar when what he might have said could have altered this entire situation.
When he was asked about Gaza, Obama mumbled a feeble excuse that clearly reflected his lack of appreciation for the depth and seriousness of the actual crisis that is in its fourth day. He said: 'If my daughters were living in a house that was being threatened by rocket attacks, I would do whatever it takes to end that situation.' Spoken like a true child of no-experience.

At Least 30 Children Killed In The Gaza Strip: Israeli Spokesperson States They Are A Legitimate Target
Israeli forces took the lives of at least 30 children in Gaza since air attacks began on Saturday. A statement issued by the Global Movement for the Defense of Children says its initial reports indicate that another 150 children are injured.
The first children hit en masse were during struck during the beginning of the attacks when they were leaving school. Dozens of school children were raced to area hospitals in Gaza City on Saturday. Among the children killed are the sisters in Jabaliya yesterday and the eight year old boy today in Khan Younis.
The British university movement to boycott Israel wrote in their petition, "'Children,' says an Israeli spokeswoman, 'are legitimate targets because if they inhabit a house allegedly being used to manufacture home-made rockets to fire into Israel, they are 'terrorists' themselves.'"

Vitamin B1 Reverses Kidney Damage in Diabetics, So Why Won't Doctors Recommend It?
The finding proves that a very low-cost treatment is highly effective and could serve as a low-cost nutritional therapy for diabetics, ultimately saving tens of millions of dollars a year in medical treatment costs in the U.S. alone.
The research was conducted at Warwick University in the UK. Predictably, the UK version of the American Diabetes Association (called "Diabetes UK") took the new evidence as an opportunity to tell people to avoid nutritional therapies.
As reported by the BBC, Dr. Iain Frame said, "We would like to stress that it's still too early to come to any firm conclusions about the role of vitamin B1 and we would not advise that people look to vitamin supplements to reduce their risk of kidney complications at this stage.
"In other words, it's the same advice diabetics get in the United States: Don't you dare use vitamins to enhance and protect your health... use pharmaceuticals instead!

Homeland Security: Respect Civil Rights
Americans have a right to move about without fear of being groundlessly stopped by law enforcement. As far as we know, that constitutional right applies to all Americans, not just the minority who live far removed from the nation's borders. In what is proving to be a sweeping Bush administration security initiative, the Department of Homeland Security has expanded use of its authority to operate within 100 miles of the border. That has come to include increasingly frequent use of roadblocks in Western Washington.

Can The People Save The Constitution?
In addition to their long-standing strategy of “federalizing” and para-militarizing State and Local police departments under the General Government’s Department of Homeland Security, the big brains in the Disgrace of Columbia have two additional schemes openly in the works: (i) the overtly military, which depends upon the deployment of the Armed Forces as domestic police; and (ii) the covertly military, which depends upon the creation of SOME new, ostensibly civilian, “national-security force.”
The question is, “What should patriotic Americans do about this situation?”

Sex Offenders Volunteer For 'Chemical Castration' Drug Treatment
Those receiving the treatment, which has been dubbed “chemical castration”, include prison inmates and offenders who have been released from custody and are living in the community.
They are being given Prozac, which reduces their sex drive, or other categories of drugs known as anti-androgens.
Ministers are now being asked to set up a national clinic dedicated to handing out the medication to paedophiles and rapists who volunteer for the treatment.
The current project, which is being overseen by Professor Don Grubin, a forensic psychiatrist at Newcastle University's Institute of Neuroscience, could be the first step towards wider use of the technique.
However, experts have warned that it could prove impractical to impose the medication on sex offenders in a compulsory programme.

Glastonbury Turns It's 'Negative Energy' On Pioneering Wi-Fi System
Some healers even hold that electro-magnetic fields (EMFs) generated by the wi-fi system are responsible for upsetting positive energy fields of the body, which are known as chakras, and positive energy fields of the earth, which are known as ley lines.
There are now calls for the project, the first of its kind in Britain, to be "unplugged" and for wi-fi masts in the centre of the Somerset market town to be removed just seven months into its experimental run.
Meanwhile soothsayers, astrologers and other opponents of the wi-fi system have resorted to an alternative technology - known as "orgone" - to combat the alleged negative effects of the high-tech system.

CCTV Used to 'Spy' on Pupils in Schools
Classwatch, the company behind the system, says it is being used as a way to monitor children who are disrupting lessons.
The firm said the equipment, which is sold with evidence bags approved by the Crown Prosecution Service to store material for court cases, can be used to compile "proof" of wrongdoing.
The system includes ceiling-mounted microphones and cameras and a hard drive recorder housed in a secure cabinet.
They cost around £3,000 to install in each classroom or can be leased for about £50 a month for each classroom.
Data protection watchdog the Information Commissioner has warned the surveillance may be illegal and demanded to know why schools are using it.

Cinema-style Age Ratings For Websites By Jim Porter
**** *** ****
Internet sites could be given government-approved age ratings to prevent children accessing inappropriate material, a cabinet minister has suggested, in a move that is likely to trigger fears over web censorship.
What a classic sentence from our ‘impartial’ media. There’s no chance of any of these mainstream newspapers (floating down the main stream together, oblivious as to where it leads) saying: “Wrong, wrong! The internet does not need censoring!”
Whether they realise it or not, these newspapers are the mouthpiece of the Government.
And why is it always ‘fears’ that have to be triggered?

En Route To Military Rule
We no longer have a civilian-led government.”This ominous conclusion comes to us from Thomas A. Lamenting “the silent military coup d’etat that has been steadily gaining ground below the radar screen of most Americans and the media,” Schweich describes the infusion of the military “into a striking number of aspects of civilian government” as “the most unnerving legacy of the Bush administration.”

Conspiracy Theory - Reason Vs. The Crowd
" A conspiracy theory is the belief that historical or current events are the result of manipulations by one or more secretive powers or conspiracies."Where on Earth might one hear of such a paranoid idea? How about from President John F. Kennedy?
Or how about President Eisenhower? Watch this segment of the entire Eisenhower farewell below:
Click here for a page with links to articles by many authors stating their case regarding conspiracy theories. Some of the authors state that they "Don't believe any conspiracy theories." I don't see how it is reasonable for a person to state that they don't believe in any conspiracy ever - especially when many have historically been found to be true! And remember - theory precedes conclusion until evidence has been gathered. Also - what good would a police detective be that NEVER considered conspiracy in their efforts to solve crimes - all crimes? The point is - don't let anyone convince you to discount conspiracy - first look at the evidence. Stop and think - if you were guilty of conspiracy, and the law was hot on your trail - wouldn't it be in your best interest to point and laugh at the detectives and claim they were "crazy conspiracy theorists?"
That said - let's continue...

Gaza Endless Israeli Atrocities
Israel justifies this latest brutality by claiming that they cannot "tolerate" the homemade, sugar-propelled Qassam projectiles fired out of Gaza toward Israeli "settlements" such as Sderot. The fact, however, is that the Qassam projectiles rarely hit anything other than desert sand as was even noted by Israeli Defense Minister, Yaakov Toran. He stated, "We need to remember that Qassams are more a psychological than physical threat."
Sderot is located upon the ashes of the former Palestinian village of Nadj. According to a book by Dr. Walid Khalidi, ("All That Remains: The Palestinian Villages Occupied and Depopulated By Israel in 1948") the Palestinian inhabitants of Nadj were driven out of their village when this village was ethnically cleansed by Israeli settlers in 1948. Nadj is but one of at least 418 Palestinian villages that were ethnically cleansed by Israeli "settlers" who invaded Palestine from other countries and claimed ownership of the country.

Obama On Gaza: 'No Comment'

There was no immediate comment on the Israeli air strikes on Gaza from Obama, who is vacationing with his family in Hawaii, or his staff.”
This is how our incoming President has reacted to the worst attack on the Palestinian people in 20 years – by not reacting at all.
The Bush White House, of course, has responded as we all know they would: Israel-has-the-right-to-defend itself, let the killing begin, etc., ad nauseum.
And don’t expect much better from the Obama camp. Remember how he scolded the UN for daring to even discuss the Gaza situation?:
“We have to understand why Israel is forced to do this… Israel has the right to respond while seeking to minimize any impact on civilians. The Security Council should clearly and unequivocally condemn the rocket attacks… If it cannot bring itself to make these common sense points, I urge you to ensure that it does not speak at all.”
With his silence – or, at least, his very delayed reaction – it seems clear that Obama is taking his own advice.
Even as Israel takes the possibility of a new page in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict off the agenda, and sabotages all his brave talk about a renewed US diplomatic effort, the great “liberal” hope is apparently tongue-tied.
And when he finally speaks, “progressives” should prepare for the worst: after all, this is someone who endorsed the Israeli re-invasion of Lebanon.
The Israeli-Palestinian “peace process”? The Israelis, for their part, are having none of it – and neither is our future President.
Gaza carnage: Obama's Litmus Test
In an interview with ISNA News Agency in Tehran on Saturday, the head of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Alaeddin Boroujerdi stated that the United Sates and other Western backers of the Zionist entity must be held accountable for the Gaza carnage.
Without their full support the Zionists would lack the effrontery to launch such a large-scale onslaught on defenseless Palestinians, he noted.
