The subconscious mind is always recording and listening to whatever is out there, and it exists in an open state, and without a firewall in its default mode It can also be programmed externally by immoral individuals in government, private tax exempt foundations, etc, who hold this knowledge. What is done, when people are told by said immoral individuals that so called terrorist attacks are gonna happen, gonna happen, gonna happen in six months or whatever, often specifically and intentionally spoken in an alarming and/or slow tone to bring up and maximize people’s fears, whether they be conscious or subconscious.
If someone knows about the presence of a certain fear, say an overly high, pervasive fear of impending death, they can take that and use it to exercise control over another. At one level, for example, someone who is afraid of dying and someone who doesn’t like them very much is trying to kill them bloodlessly. They might roll on up outside the door when someone is showering and say, “Are you in there? I hope you didn’t fall and hit your head!” Terror explodes across that person’s mind as the thought takes on a life of its own and goes spiraling off into scenarios, such as the mind-program that we’re all born with tends to do.
If someone is susceptible enough by being in a weakened mental and emotional state due to insanity, extreme financial hardship, loneliness, extreme emotional/physical trauma, drug/alcohol abuse, then they have a much higher rate of being susceptible to this than someone who isn’t.
These are also the criteria used to select victims for gang stalking, and for subjects for the secret government projects like the covert electromagnetic weapons tests.
The Illuminati understand this principle well and that’s why they have all those institutes like Tavistock and the like to study the mind (and break it) like it’s a 12 year old boy with his first copy of Playboy.
At another level they know that through the subconscious, we create our reality, and this is how the experiences of nations and planets are birthed. This is already understood to a small extent via hypnosis, where a stage hypnotist can take a table and make you see a hippo. Fraud Deception And Treason Part One
In previous web-published articles I have examined evidence concerning the scientific evidential fraud behind NuLabour’s smoking ban. In this two-part article I will present evidence encompassing political fraud, deception and treason against the British people.
In April of this year we learned that the EU wipes England off the map - as Gordon Brown flies the flag of St George over Downing Street. Within the article, “the Tories accused the Government of trying to create a European superstate via the back door“.
Under the programme, known as INTER-REG, counties along England’s south coast form the ‘Manche Region’ along with northern France. The ‘Atlantic Region’ takes in western England, along with Ireland, Wales and parts of Portugal, Spain, France and Scotland. Meanwhile eastern England is part of the ‘North Sea Region’, which covers areas of Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Norway and the Netherlands. The UK Government is fully behind the project, even though the words ‘England’ and ‘Britain’ are left off official maps of each area and the Manche Region renames the English Channel ‘The Channel Sea’.
Let us examine this announcement in a little more detail. The report also indicates that, Each region, which will be given taxpayers’ money to promote trade links, cultural ties, transport policies and tourism, is to be run by a ‘managing authority’ of unelected officials overseen by a director.
“By whose authority are these regions being established, may I ask?
We are then told that, “The regions have legal status and Manche has a budget of £261million between 2007 and 2013, Atlantic has £127million and North Sea has £219million.”
By whose authority did these regions derive their legal status? This project has already been comprehensively rejected in 2004 by the French and Dutch citizens in their referenda. Who has overridden the outcome of their democratic ballots?
A Conservative MP stated that, “The Labour Government has been caught red-handed conspiring with European bureaucrats to create a European superstate via the back door. Gordon Brown literally wants to wipe England off the map.”

Ecuador Alleges 'Clear' Signs Of CIA Infiltration
An Ecuadorean presidential commission has concluded that U.S. intelligence services infiltrated the Andean nation's military and police and supported a cross-border incursion by Colombian troops that killed a top rebel commander.

In 2007-2008, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climatic Change (IPCC) and computer modelers who believe that CO2 is the cause of global warming still predict the Earth is in store for catastrophic warming in this century. IPCC computer models have predicted global warming of 1F per decade and 5-6C (10-11F) by 2100, which would cause global catastrophe with ramifications for human life, natural habitat, energy and water resources, and food production. Tony Lagouranis never expected to become a torturer. He didn't even really want to be a soldier. But at 30, he was bored and broke. BOOTHBAY HARBOR, Maine—Meteorologists are baffled by rapid tidal changes along the Maine coast, which damaged some boats and piers.
Witnesses say low tide turned and became high within a matter of minutes on Tuesday afternoon. The changes occurred six or seven times. The National Weather Service says reports from several locations indicated that water levels fell and rose from 4 feet to as much as 12 feet during the event.

A dedicated team of officers has begun following up the fresh evidence in an operation codenamed Odyssey.
DNA swabs have already been taken from more than 800 past and present residents of the village of Keyworth in Nottinghamshire, where the attack took place.

Twelve Reasons to Reject Obama and Support Nader/McKinney
The presidential elections in the US, once again, provide an acid test of the integrity and consequential conduct of US intellectuals. If it is the duty and responsibility of the public intellectual to speak truth to power, the recent statements of most of our well-known and prestigious public pundits have failed miserably. Instead of highlighting, exposing and denouncing the reactionary foreign and domestic policies of Democratic Party candidate Senator Barack Obama, they have chosen to support him, 'critically, offering as excuses that even 'limited differences’ can result in positive outcomes,and that 'Obama is the lesser evil’ and 'creates an opportunity for a possibility of change.’
What makes these arguments untenable is the fact that Obama’s public pronouncements, his top policy advisers, and the likely policymakers in his government have openly defined a most bellicose foreign policy and a profoundly reactionary domestic economic policy totally in line with Paulson-Bush-Wall Street. On the major issues of war, peace, the economic crisis and the savaging of the US wage and salaried class, Obama promises to extend and deepen the policies which the majority of Americans reject and repudiate.

Regional War Fear As 50,000 Homeless In Congo In Two Days
Congolese government forces are fleeing the eastern capital of Goma as Rwandan-backed rebels press towards the town, threatening a lethal confrontation with United Nations peacekeepers and the prospect of all out regional war.

We still don’t know the full extent of the colossal subprime rip-off, but a recent Bank of America study did some guesstimating on the scale of the consequences of the “credit crisis.” The meltdown in the U.S. subprime real estate market, the bank said, had led to a global loss of $7.7 trillion dollars in stock market value since October.
While many eyes are focusing on the housing meltdown and its hugely negative effect on an economy clearly moving into recession, few are paying attention to the next bubble expected to burst: credit cards. Combined with the subprime losses, such a credit card nightmare has the potential, experts say, of bringing down the entire financial system and global economy. You and your credit card have become key players in the highly unstable financial crunch. Mortgage lender cupidity and bank credit card greed wedded to financial institution deregulation supported by both political parties, have been made manifestly worse by Bush administration support-the-rich policies. It has brought us to a brink not seen since just before the Great Depression.

Israeli media reported this week that the Israeli Embassy in London and Buckingham Palace are close to an agreement on having Queen Elizabeth confer honorary knighthood on Israeli President Shimon Peres when he visits the UK next month.

Redbridge in East London is believed to the first council in the country to consider a total ban on foster carers who smoke, no matter how old the child they want to look after.
It says the tough rules are needed to protect children from the effect of passive smoking, and to stop them taking up the habit from carers who they see as their role models.
But last night smokers have attacked the nanny state measure, saying it was unfair and being put forward by 'health fascists'.

An alleged Holocaust denier has won his fight against extradition to Germany.
Dr Gerald Toben, 64, is accused of publishing anti-Semitic material on his website.
The Australian academic is wanted in Germany to stand trial for posting the alleged items between 2000 and 2004.
The German authorities claim they are 'of an anti-Semitic and/or revisionist nature'.

It neither states the name of the website nor where the propaganda is said to have been published from - only referring to the 'world-wide internet'.
After discharging Toben, Judge Wickham granted him bail pending an appeal after imposing strict conditions which include a £100,000 security.
Other conditions include residence at an approved address, written confirmation from the Australian High Commission of which passports he holds, and not to access the internet.
He is also banned from giving press interviews.
Judge Wickham added that she had not been required to decide at this stage whether the alleged crimes were valid extradition offences.
Grey wavy-haired Toben, smartly dressed in a suit, appeared pleased on hearing the judge's decision from the glass-fronted dock at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court

Police Officers Kicked Pet Dogs
Two police officers have been told they face possible jail sentences for causing suffering and "mental terror" to their two pet dogs.
Magistrates in Denbigh heard how Anja Mason, 29 and Craig Macleod, 34, who lived together in Prestatyn, now also face losing their jobs.
A neighbour filmed them hitting and kicking the pets and called the RSPCA.
Both admitted causing unnecessary suffering to a collie pup called Tess and Macleod to a rottweiler, Snoopy.
Both officers, who will be sentenced on 25 November, have been removed from frontline duties until the end of the case, said North Wales Police.

Obtained under Freedom of Information laws, reports showed one boy aged six in Derby was taken from his home by social workers because he was dangerously obese.
Another boy in London, aged 12, was put into care with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 28 - 60 per cent above the 17.5 average for his age.
In Cumbria, social services intervened when one girl aged only eight weighed over 9st and wore size 16 clothes.
Dr Colin Waine, former head of the National Obesity Forum, called for closer monitoring of children to avoid them being taken into care.
He told The Daily Mirror: "This would enable appropriate action to be taken so we eliminate the need for such drastic measures. I'm looking for a position where this never becomes necessary."

On Monday in New York the Moscow Bureau for Human Rights (MBHR) presented a book of photos and testimonies from the war.
MBHR Director Aleksandr Brod said Ossetian witnesses reported many of the captured Georgians had numerous injection markings on their arms.
He suggested they “would not dare to burn women and children alive locked in churches or throw grenades into basements where people were hiding unless they were drugged.”
Brod cited accounts of Georgian troops attacking civilian convoys fleeing from the battlefield and the deliberate shelling of the Tskhinval hospital, schools and residential areas.From the very beginning of the conflict both the Ossetian and Russian sides accused Georgia of planning the genocide of the Ossetian people. According to MBHR at least 1,690 people were killed and about 1,500 were wounded over the five-day war.The Georgian side denies the accusations of war crimes, while Human Rights Watch believes the number of casualties has been exaggerated.

Whenever they rebelled or even disobeyed an order, they were punished in the harshest ways. Slave owners would hang their human property by their hands and set their hands or feet on fire as one form of punishment. They were burned alive and had their heads placed on pikes in the marketplace as a warning to other captives.
We don’t really need to go through all of the gory details, do we? After all, we know all too well the atrocities of the African slave trade.
But, are we talking about African slavery?

A study of children born during the Dutch “Hunger Winter”, a famine that struck at the end of the Second World War, has found that some still bear its lasting genetic legacy more than six decades on.
The results offer some of the best evidence yet for the importance of epigenetics, a process by which environmental factors can change the way genes are switched on and off in the body.
Epigenetics suggests that the genome can “remember” certain influences to which it is exposed, particularly early in life, which cause modifications to DNA that in turn alter the way it operates. On occasion, these changes may even be passed on from one generation to the next.

In a little noticed move, federal officials this month have declared a series of public health emergencies relating to potential weapons of biological terror.
On Oct. 1, Health and Human Services Secretary Mike Leavitt declared an anthrax public health emergency. On Oct. 10, he declared health emergencies for smallpox, radiation sickness from the detonation of a nuclear device and poisoning from botulinum toxins, the active ingredient of Botox.
There’s no clear evidence that terrorists have managed to weaponize anthrax or stolen large caches of Botox from cosmetic surgeons in Beverly Hills.
But by declaring these public health emergencies, HHS has granted manufacturers of anti-terrorism drugs and vaccines and others involved with the products protection from lawsuits if the drugs were to cause unfortunate side effects.

Groups that bash gays, women or religious organizations may be repugnant, but democracies must allow them to speak freely, insists Borovoy, the general counsel for the Canadian Civil Liberties Association who will give a speech in Edmonton on Wednesday.
But even for a 40-year veteran of the civil liberties movement, the ideals of free speech can occasionally clash with the realities of one's heart. For Borovoy, such a clash occurred when the CCLA defended Holocaust-denier Ernst Zundel's right not to be muzzled.
"I was bothered by the number of Holocaust survivors I knew who would be hurt by what I was saying," says Borovoy, 75.
"To know the things I was saying were so hurtful to people who had suffered so much already -- that bothered me."
But that's still no reason not to support Zundel's rights, he says, immediately afterwards.

The comments - branded yesterday by the Jewish Council as "sickening" and "deeply shocking for all Jews" - were made in the same interview in which Mr Tamihere referred to Cabinet minister Chris Carter as a "tosser" and "queer" and Cabinet minister Steve Maharey as "smarmy".
They were released yesterday by Investigate magazine editor Ian Wishart after a spat with Mr Tamihere about the recording of the interview.
Alerted yesterday to the remark, Prime Minister Helen Clark said through a spokesman that while the government understood the pain the comment caused the Jewish community, she was certain Mr Tamihere meant no offence.

Pakistan Quake Leaves At Least 40 Dead
A powerful earthquake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale has struck western Pakistan, leaving at least 40 people dead. The temblor hit at 4:09 am early Wednesday local time (23:09 GMT Tuesday), according to the US Geological Survey. The epicenter was located about 70 kilometers (45 miles) north of the city of Quetta at a depth of 10 kilometers, AFP reported. At least 40 people were killed in the quake, according to government and hospital officials.

Officer In Fatal Accident Involved In Airport Taser Death
One of the four RCMP officers involved in the Tasering of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekanski is facing charges of impaired driving causing death after a collision in Delta Saturday night.

Wall Street's Trojan Horse
Russia's foreign minister Sergei Lavrov has announced that Brazil, Russia, India and China will "coordinate efforts in overcoming the financial crisis".
The statement suggests that the four countries will confront the dominant US-UK-EU alliance, which personifies Western banking interests, at the forthcoming Summit in Washington.
“We are going to coordinate our moves with the leading emerging economies. We are in direct contact with India, China and Brazil; we are interacting in the BRIC and RIC [Russia-India-China] formats,” he added.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said earlier this month the crisis had shown the BRIC nations would be “the locomotive of the world economy in coming years.” (The Hindu, October 26, 2008)
The Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors of G-20 countries will meet in Sao Paulo in November ahead of the Summit meetings in Washington.
The crucial question: Is there a policy alternative to that proposed by Wall Street and the US Treasury, which might emanate from the BRIC and/or G-20 Summit discussions.
